cleaning in the toilet of the hotel room needs to be improved. wifi signal also needs to be improved a lot. as usual in Thailand, hotel staff are very polite and friendly.

Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et de qualité. Le matériel au niveau de la piscine n'était pas propre, les parasols ne tenaient ouverts qu'avec des clous rouillés. Les clients devaient les ouvrir eux-mêmes, aucun personnel n'assurait le rangement des chaises longues et tables. Les douches de la piscine ne fonctionnaient pas bien. Le personnel parlait très peu anglais. Toutefois nous avons appris sur place que cet hôtel fermait définitivement le 1er avril 2020, serait détruit pour ir la constuction à sa place d'un Novotel de 650 chambres. Ayant fait t partie des derniers clients de cet hôtel, nous apprécierons obtenir des tarifs préférentiels lors de l'ouverture du nouvel hôtel. Je vous remercie.

The hotel is peaceful and we enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed as the rooms are in need of updating but after settling in we didn’t see it as bad. It was always cleaned just slightly old and the tv and wifi are not to good but everything else was great staff and food very good

Sehr freundliche und großzügige Hotelanlage. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Einzig die Klimaanlage im Zimmer lässt sich kaum regulieren und sehr laut. Was den Schlaf stört.

Good value for money, great pool, good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. Easy walking distance to the beach with good snorkeling by the rocks either side. Also plenty of beach restaurants nearby. Bedroom was comfortable and spacious, the mattress was hard but we slept very well.

Very close to beach Rooms are more than average~ But a/c fan sound some big. And small tv makes irratative sound~ If you sensitive about soud Avoid this hotel. most staffs are kind. But some is not. Впервые побывали в этом отеле в прошлом году, отдых получился таким приятным, что решили повторить в этом сезоне, и не пожалели! Великолепное расположение, небольшие, но уютные номера, чистота, приветливый персонал и внимательный ресепшн, отличные завтраки, шикарный пляж Най Харн и чудесный сноркелинг на Ао Сэйне - отель All Seasons опять подарил нам незабываемые впечатления! Небольшие минусы - отсутствие банных халатов и тапочек, слабый Wi-Fi, не очень повлияли на оценку, а соотношение цена-качество делают этот отель лучшим в Най Харне!

A decent 3 star hotel. The room was small but clean. The WiFi was sporadic and the tv reception was poor. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The chalet rooms are situated in a well maintained grounds where there is a good sized pool.The location is close to a lovely beach and is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday, as the resort has only a handful of shops and restaurants. The bad: I couldn't do any of my anticipated work due to non existent Wifi in room and at lobby kept dropping out, stopped reporting it as realised they were just going to keep saying it's being worked on. Description said WiFi hence me booking here. Breakfast is ok, alot of flies and cold food (that should be hot but went cold). Went out for a day trip to Patong, upon return housekeeping had left our room door open for approx 6-7 hours as they were cleaning when we leftso I know how long was left open for. The good: sensational location, cannot fault location, free shuttle bus to Patong, Phuket Town etc. Breakfast has plenty of options as long as you don't mind it gone cold. Coffee machine as well as coffee pot. Cold air con. Wonderful big pool. All in all for the location alone, I'd stay again.
