Me decepcionei na chegada porque paguei por um quarto especifico para 4 pessoas com duas camas de casal e na propriedade me deram uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro, ao contatar a recepção disseram que n poderiam fazer nada. O espaco de café da manhã é totalmente desproporcional ao numero de hóspedes, tivemos que esperar muito quase todos os dias, seguimos orientações da propriedade de tomar café mais tarde pelo fluxo menor, mas aí quando chegamos todas as coisas estavam no fim e ao solicitar reposição falaram que não iam mais fazer. As funcionárias pareciam estar irritadas o tempo todo, não foram simpaticas nenhum momento e não pareciam dispostas a fazer nada, me irritei diversas vezes com as respostas ao fazer solicitacoes básicas. O armario do quarto cheirava muito a cigarro, mal dava pra lavar a louça por causa do cheiro. O sanitário tinha algum vazamento e exalava um cheiro horrivel de urina. O quarto era super quente e o ar condicionado disponivel era super alto. Foi bem ruim a experiencia, nem parecia um atendimento normal de hotel, nos sentimos um incomodo o tempo todo. Não recomendo.

The staff was very kind and helpful, they responded to our requests quickly (request for an extra towel, etc.). Isabella explained everything we needed to know about the stay and the hotel. Even when I asked for help with certain places/getting around, she helped willingly and always with a smile. The breakfast was varied and also accommodated our dietary restrictions. The room and linens were clean and almost at all hours of the day we saw someone cleaning the entrance area to the hotel.

Hidden Gem

My family absolutely enjoyed staying at Cuty Home Budapest. The staff was friendly and helpful, whatever request or demand we had. The room we stayed at was spacious and bright, while the whole decor was modern and stylish, and apparently recently renovated. The location is fantastic, it is close to the inner city (St Stephen's Basilica and Opera are within walking distance) and plenty if public transport options (trams, metro stops). Heroes Square, City Park and Thermal Baths Spa are within easy reach too. This hotel will be our first choice when we come visit Budapest.

Upon arrival we ask the gentleman for some help with accessing the room. He was irritated we ask because it was time for him to go home. We could get in the building but couldn't find our room. He came down and shook his hand toward the building and said good you found it. I explained I couldn't find my room. He said I emailed information to you. I replied I had read it but but the only room on that floor the code would not unlock. He wanted to see the email. Wr were trying to find it when he said "maybe I should just go home now!" He left! It took us an hour to find the room using the email!! After the initial problems the rest of the stay was good. DON'T EXPECT MUCH!

The room was very hot considering it was October and we couldn't adjust the temperature. It was nice to have a kitchenette but no toaster. There was some liquid in the shower but unidentified so not sure if it was shampoo or soap. Walls are thin, we could hear people walking and slamming doors in other rooms. The road leading to the hotel seemed unsafe at night, the road is dark. Walkable to most public transportation. Bed was very comfortable and big, room very spacious, nice view of the courtyard.

Concern About Room Cleanliness

I’m reaching out regarding our recent four-night stay at your hotel. My girlfriend and I were really looking forward to our time there, but unfortunately, we ran into an issue that made our stay less enjoyable. When we arrived, we noticed the bed in our room was full of hairs, which was quite unsettling. It gave the impression that the linens hadn’t been properly cleaned, and it made it hard for us to feel comfortable or get a good night’s sleep. To be honest, this was especially frustrating because a similar situation happened at another hotel earlier on this trip, and it has made what should have been a relaxing vacation unnecessarily stressful. Sleep is such an important part of any trip, and it’s disappointing when something so basic gets in the way. We wanted to share this feedback so it can hopefully be addressed for future guests. Considering how this impacted our stay, we’d appreciate it if you could let us know if there’s anything that can be done to make up for the experience. Thank you for your time and understanding. L'albergo risulta in una posizione centralissima per visitare Budapest. Vicino a metro, supermercati e centri commerciali. I dipendenti sono stati molto gentili. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, lo stile del mobilio è un po' vetusto. All'interno delle camere troviamo tutto il necessario e per chi vuol vedere la televisione prende pure la Rai.
