The rooms have roaches and full of drug addicts. I will never book here again. The guest Internet doesn't work. Worst place I've ever stayed for the money it cost.

My room was dirty and it had like baby dead roaches all of the place, in the bathroom by the toilet underneath the sink on the floor, in the kitchen area, by the credenza, by the AC unit, even on my bed there was a small dead roach underneath the bottom pillowcase. The warm blanket was old and had cigarette burns and hair. I had to remove the warm blankets from both beds and place the sheet to sleep on top of it. I made the complaint the next morning because we got back to the hotel late the night before. I spoke to the front desk that the room was dirty and explained everything to her. She offered to move us to another room but we were getting ready to leave for the Gathering of Nations and told her we would not be back until 2:00 am. She said she would go in there and clean the room and give me new sheets, blankets, and towels. When we got there the room was not cleaned but she did replace the sheets, had new blankets, and towels. Pretty disappointed in the management of this property, ever since the new property owner took over two years ago. They are make you put a tag on your car so that they know that you are a guest of the hotel. It defeats the purpose when security is not around and there were several cars of transients staying in the parking lot. On Saturday night when we got in from the GON at about 3:00 am there was a car parked where I ended up parking and there were people in there. The next day there was poop next to the car on a dog pad.Disgusting! Never again

Staff were polite and ultimately we were fine, but this place has clearly seen some hard use by shady characters in the office and in the rooms. Not a place I'd stay again, especially at that price point. Had no interest in taking a shower, beds were very uncomfortable, holes in the door, just teetering on the edge of being a trap house.

The rooms that we stayed in during our time all needed to be cleaned and disinfected, as there seem to be a layer of filth covering everything. Dogs constantly barking. Three rooms over the course of our state and each one a different appliance out of order.

First of all, I don't write reviews just to give a bad review. I had gotten a room for our friend who came in to visit our Mom who had just passed. I figured Osuna Blvd would be a decent part of town. It was clear that there were a lot of people who lived there, rather than needing a hotel. I did not feel safe. I'm glad I went earlier to try to check in bc our friend's flight came in after midnight. It took the girl up front 20+ mins to check me in. I was very uneasy bc I couldn't see what she was doing with my card. I finally told her I needed to see my card and that I'd report if there was any bs. I checked out the room, which had no bulbs in 3 lamps. Cigarette burns on the night stands. Minimal bedding. 4 roaches - one in one of the cabinets. I'm sure the no light situation was to discourage anyone from seeing them. I had to keep the door open and use my phone light to inspect. I did take pics. Lastly, when I went to look on line, the site kept driving me to this hotel. My friend needed an accessible room. I won't be using this site any more. I called my Credit Card company to be on the lookout for any suspicious charges. The site makes you feel like you better not back out. I was able to get help calling Comfort Inn to find a much better room, for not that much more. It wasn't even with them, but a SureStay on Candelaria. I hate looking for hotel reservations. I'm just thankful for these other guys who spent the time I needed to find someplace safe for my friend.

Kitchen is not stocked. There is nothing but drug dealers and hookers every where throughout the hotel rooms are dirty staff is the rudest i have ever seen from any where this place is a dump

The bed had what appeared to be dirt by the pillow. The bathroom sink had pubic hairs and toothpaste residue in it. The toilet had not been cleaned properly. The rest of the room was not much cleaner. The water pressure at the shower head was dismal and it took me twice as long in the shower just trying to get all the body wash and shampoo out.
