Fabulous 3 night stay for a birthday treat.

We had a fabulous sea view room. The food and drinks were great, lots of choice at mealtimes. All staff were friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful hotel and we hope to return.

This is the only hotel in the blue lagoon and was wonderful. It has recently undergone new ownership and although I never visited before, what the new owners created is really special and relaxing. It is an all inclusive resort that has all meals/snacks and drinks included. There are lots of food selections - the food is ok. There’s a DJ and club every evening that has a fun vibe. There’s a game area for adults and kids that has foosball, ping pong, etc. Our room had been nicely redone and was a nice size. The area is also gorgeous with the pool and the amazing beach area and so many parasailers to watch! I would highly recommend this resort to others and would like to visit again.

Merhabalar, Otelin konumu çok iyiydi.Yenilenmis yapısı güzel genel olarak temizdi. Herşey dahil olarak yemekler ve kahvaltı yetersizdi otelde tatil yapan kişiye yetmiyordu.Garsonların bazıları çok acemi ve ilgisizdi.Bazı garsonlar da gayet ilgiliydi.Hersey dahil otelde tatilciler plajda pizza yada hamgurger yemek istese çalışanlar orda yiyemezsiniz plaja goturemezsiniz gibi kaba cümle kurabiliyor.Bu üslup bu kadar güzel bir otele hiç yakışmıyor.Biz yine de güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Essen war nicht ausreichend. Es gab mehrmals das selbe Essen. (Reis,Bohnen) Unser Zimmer war nicht so wie beschrieben Abends war unser Zimmerweg nicht belichtet. Um in unser Zimmer zu gelangen müssten wir durch das Personal Bereich laufen. Das Hotel ist nicht für das Geld geeignet.

Helt nöjd med helheten. Personalen på receptionen, och alla som serverade drinkar, var väldigt trevliga, serverades snabbt och alltid med legenden. SERVICE MINDED! Saknade följande; -Parkering/Parkeringsservice -Fylde inte på efterrätten eller maten tog slut vid senare ankomst till middagen. Fick vara där 19.00 -Personalen som var ansvarig för snack resturant, pratade ofta i mobiltelefonen, när bad om påfyllning, var väldigt långsamt. Fick ge upp att äta flera gånger.

Disappointing. Website lead us to believe that there were varied menus on offer. In reality this was not the case so feal like false advertising. All inclusive is buffet style. Foods that were supposed to be hot were barely lukewarm. I had stomach upset for the first couple of days. The food got very repetitive. We ended up eating out most evenings as the food was so poor. When you've paid all inclusive this is not ideal. The only fruit at breakfast seemed to be grapes. Melon was served at lunch & dinner but I expect a better fruit selection at breakfast as this seems the norm on other holiday's else where. We did mention all of this to a manager & all he could say was we know it will be better next year. A little too late as will not be returning next year!! The place matts were stained & food under tables from previous night. Sunbeds were never cleaned or path ways hosed down. Minimal amount of sweeping was all we witnessed. A general lack of pride & attention to detail is really lacking. As holidays are getting more & more expensive so we do expect a levels of value for money. It is a real shame as the location is stunning. Rooms were good size with big bed, cleaned daily, though floors not mopped as noticed bottom of my feet where black even after shower & washing them. I do hope things improve or they will lose business.

Otelde daha önce de konaklamis biri olarak olumlu ve olumsuz yorumlarimi yazmak ıstiyorum. Daha once yarim pansiyon olan isletme her sey dahil konseptine gecmis ancak malesef bununla beraber kalite aşırı derecede düşmüş. Gecen sene yemekler daha lezzetli ve kaliteli idi. Surekli ayni yemekler çıkıyor ve malesef guzel degil. Karpuzun bile hep beyaz kismi oluyordu sanki özellikle yapilmis gibi, muz hic görmedik. Kahvaltida en basta gelen krep,pankek bile olmuyordu.Alkol kullanmıyorsanız cazip gelen hicbir yani yok. Alkolun her cesidi bulunurken kutu meyve suyu bile bulunmuyor. Cocuklar icin hicbir sey yok. Yani o muhtesem kumburnu plaji olmasa kimsenin tercih edecegi bir yani kalmamis. Sadece snack barda pizza ve lahmacun yapan abi isini gercekten iyi yapiyor cok lezzetli idi ogle yemegi yerine onu tercih etmenizi öneririm. Oda temizligi guzel, çalışanları iyi, deniz harika. Keske eskisi gibi kalsaymis diyerek ayrildik.

Beklentinin ne olduğu doğrultusunda otel iyi olarak da değerlendirilebilir orta olarak da değerlendirilebilir. Bizim en büyük beklentimiz denizdi ve denizi bence mükemmel. Denize girdiğimiz saatler 7-11 ve 17-20 olması nedeniyle çoğunlukla denizde tek tük insan oluyordu, çok rahat ettik. Deniz taşlı değil, kumlu. Yemekler lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar çoğunlukla güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odalar temizdi fakat taharet musluğumuzda sıkıntı olduğunu iletmemize rağmen bir çözüm gelmedi biz de üstelemedik. Otelden eğlence beklentiniz varsa beklentiniz karşılanmayacaktır. Kendi halinizde deniz ve dinlenme odaklı bir tatil yapmak istiyorsanız memnun kalırsınız. Otel fiyat performans oteli. Otelin denizi plajı çok güzel. Direk ölüdeniz plajı. Kumburnuna gitmenize gerek kalmıyor. Bugüne kadar 50 kere kumburnunda yüzmüş biri olarak hemen hemen Aynı güzellikte diyebilirim . Deniz Bisikleti kiralayıp kumburnuna doğru gidebilirsiniz. Ancak plajı bu kdr güzel olmazsa tercih edebilceğim bir otel olmazdı. Wifimiz söylememize rağmen sorunluydu. Rezerve ederken deniz manzaralı seçmiştim ancak kısmi deniz manzaralı bir odaya verdiler. Balkonun ucundan görünüyordu deniz. Genelde hep böyle yapıyorlar sanırım diğer yorumlarda da görmüştüm. Tesis ve konaklama yerleri farklı. Konaklama için bildiğiniz dağda odanız. Deniz için aşağı inmek zorundasınız. Gel git uzaklık bazen yorabiliyor. Personeller genelde gençlerden oluşuyor. Baya genç ama yazlarını otelde değerlendiren lise ya da üniversite öğrencileri muhtemelen. Çok profesyonel bir hizmet yok dolayısıyla. Otopark biraz yetersiz kalıyor genelde hep dolu otele uzak park etmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Ha şunu kesinlikle söylemeliyim otelin anlaşmalı oldugu bir tekne ile ölüdeniz tekne turu yaptık kesinlikle yapmayın. Berbattı. Gidin bekcekız plajına sabah 10’da kendiniz görüp tekne turunuzu ayarlayın. Grand vegayı sakın tercih etmeyin. Turlarınızı aktivitelerinizi kendiniz araştırıp karar verin. Otellerin anlaşması hem daha pahalı oluyor hem de kaliteli olmuyor. Yemekler konusuna gelince elbette 5 yıldız beklemeyin ama aç kalmazsınız. Salatası meyvesi ile zaten doyuyorsunuz.

Her açıdan çok güzel

Kendine ait geniş bir plajı olan çok güzel bir otel. Çalışanların çoğu genç ve hepsi güleryüzlü ve saygılıydı. Yemekler gayet yeterli et tavuk balık çeşitleri vardı hergün. Alkollü ve alkolsüz içecekler de markalı ve kaliteliydi. Snack barda hamburger pide pizza gayet lezzetliydi. Denizi oldukça sıcak dalgasız ve keyifliydi. Odalar geniş ve temiz, ihtiyaç duyacağınız her ekipman mevcut. Çok memnun kaldık. Akşamları öyle animasyon canlı müzik vb yok ama dj eşliğinde her türden güzel müzik dinleyerek günün yorgunluğunu atmak mümkün. Tam bir aile oteli. Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz. Özel not : sağlık problemim sebebiyle yardımlarını esirgemeyen önbüro müdürü Serhat Beye özel teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum. Ne mutlu böyle çözüm odaklı yöneticilere sahip işletmelerimiz var.

Fena değil

Plajı ve yemekleri çok güzel. Doğayla iç içe hoş bir otel. Ancak odalar yeteri kadar temiz değil. Yerler ve köşeler tozlu. Kronik duş gideri gitmeme sorunsalı var. Odamız degistirildi bu sebepten dolayı, bunun için teşekkür ederim. Ama yeni odada da duş gideri çok yavaş akıyordu. Otel ormanlık alanda olduğu için bence kapı eşiklerindeki aralık bir sorun. Geceleri kapı önüne poşet koyarak uyuduk çünkü sivrisinek ve böcek türevleri kolay giriyordu. Eşyalarımızı odamıza götürmemize yardım eden çalışan açıkça bahşiş sordu. Sözel olarak bahşiş istenmesi bence doğru değil. Herkesin bir bütçesi var sonuçta ve herşey dahilin içinde bahşiş de dahil olmalı :). Plajdaki kiralık yunuslar çok eğlenceli ama bence 1 saatlik fiyatı o kadar olmamalı. Sıfır masraf bir alet sonuçta. Biz kiralarken 4 tanesi boşta duruyordu zaten. Tüm aksiliklere rağmen genel anlamda hoş bir deneyimdi. Teşekkür ederiz.
