The facility itself is extremely nice. But they have no ice machines on the floors you have to go to the front desk for ice. There are no restaurants for sit down meals. They do have a couple snack bars but they are poorly stocked. They have no pit for poker, roulette, craps, etc. Its all high cost machines. It does have a nice swimming pool. It saddens me to write this review because we've been coming here for years and the decline in amenities is heartbreaking.

I booked a rom with two double beds and it was supposed to have a lake view. Instead they put me in a crappy little room with one queen bed and a great view of the parking lot and the freeway. They did change my room but it was such an inconvenience. I just wanted to get settled in and relax. I am disabled and not one staff member offered to help me with my bags. There are no restaurants. All little casinos and slot machines. The staff is very friendly. I probably won’t stay there again. The picture is of the room I booked. I had to go down and talk to the manager, who was awesome, to get switched to the correct room. There were other customers there with the very same issue.

Ok. Big room but on 3rd floor and we had a pet so was hard to walk. Normally pet rooms are on ground floor. Room was clean but no coffee pot. Had to down to bar to get hot water and coffee. Finger food at Red Dragon was very good. Staff very friendly. Very clean. Nice walk in shower but not accessible. No grab bars. I'll give it a B++.

This hotel is incredibly outdated, but that being said, I’d stay here again because it was very clean, comfortable, and was a great location right next to Hoover Dam and Lake Mead!

The property was supposed to have a casino they only had machines. They had no restaurant on the property. They had no coffee in the rooms and the ice machines did not function.

Th hotel went under different management from 2 years ago . The restaurant closed down no food even your given a coffee coupon in order to get coffee hot tub didnt work pool was way too cold. The T.v in room did not work , staff was amazing replaced tv but the remote didnt work and they only had local channels think only 8. The casino only had 1 maybe 2 people in it . When i was there 2 years ago the place was packed staff was happier . Overall rooms are clean and rooms are not too bad and location cant be beat. 30 mins from Las Vegas and 5 minutes from the Hoover Dam

We were in town for a reunion of sorts. We picked the hotel because it said it had restaurants. Turns out, at each place, it was only food that could be deep-fried or microwaved. The rooms were nice, if a bit dated. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room which I appreciate. There was a non-smoking lounge and the non-smoking room was as free of smoke as possible in a casino.

At first glance, the property seemed fine. Check-in was fine with the exception of having to move rooms because what was reserved was not "dog friendly." Apparently dog can't stay in rooms with a lake view. The room was ok until it came to the air conditioning unit. Of course in Boulder City NV in 107-degree heat, you're going to need air conditioning. The room came with an older model floor/wall mount unit. It cooled off soon enough, however, was quite loud and the thermostat made no difference in controlling the freezing cold output. Turning the unit off resulted in occasional loud motor noises that started, then stopped. Bottomline, you either froze, or had to endure odd motor noises off and on.
