We have great experience staying in this Hotel. The room is spacious and well designed for 4 people. Enjoyed the roof top Spa , the breakfast bar also serves quality food 💕with great views. My stay at Candeo Hotels in Kumamoto’s Shinshigai district was truly enjoyable. The location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance of the main shopping and dining streets, and well connected by public transport. The room was stylish and spacious, with a very comfortable bed that ensured restful sleep. Amenities were plentiful, and the bathroom was spotless and bright. Breakfast offered a varied selection of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, all delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel warmly welcomed. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Kumamoto.

We enjoyed our stay at the Candeo Kumamoto very much. The onsen was amazing. The temperature of the water and the sauna were great. I loved the cold plunge. Staff was helpful and kind. Cleaning staff especially. We slept in the triple and the beds were maybe just a little soft. Size of the room really great for families

Clean and tidy, and the staff were excellent. Tattooed customers can use the onsen between 24:00 and 02:00 which was great. Room was ok, but paying for a corner room for a view and bring surrounded by buildings in close proximity made having windows pointless. Breakfast area too small and crowded.

Great location, roomy, comfortable bedrooms, clean and lovely staff. The spa area was lovely and open over a long period during the day. The big disappointment was the buffet breakfast. We got there for the last serving and many dishes were gone and/or luke warm in the bain maries.
