Im still waiting for my $50 deposit back into my bank account. It was a nice stay at Big Country hotel.

It was a horrible experience and very disappointed with our stay. #1 no working ice machines #2 dirty towel hanging in bathroom #3 loud noise outside the 2nd story window next to our room and had to move a smaller room at 10:30 #4 the whole 2nd floor smelled like pot smoke #5 lumpy uncomfortable mattress.# 6 breakfast didn't have any coffee. We travel frequently and this was a nightmare stay. Also both rooms doors were open when we went to enter them the lock wasn't engaged.

Pool was cemented in. Gym closed, one elevator broken. Front desk was more worried about the male guests vs double charging me.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, decent size room with microwave and refrigerator. Size of refrigerator is really small and not able to set water bottles and drinks in upright position but convenient to keep beverages cold. My only complaint is the shower curtain is up too high not covering around the bottom of tub allowing a lot of water to leak outside tub and into the floor creating a large water puddle after showering. Breakfast could be better with more variety. I would suggest eating at ihop or even a fast food restaurant if you want decent breakfast. Plenty of restaurants not far from hotel. Overall my stay was excellent and this hotel is affordable at last minute trip. I would recommend.

All three workers I dealt with were wonderful. I had an issue with the manager more than anything. I had tried shortening my trip by one day off the end and was asking for clarification on pricing. Understandably the manager had a family obligation come up. Although in the mean time that pushed me out of the 'change window'. When booking there was only a cancellation window so that's confusing. After talking multiple times with the front desk and them taking down messages for the manager to call me, no response was ever received. I had paid at the hotel and not online. When I was checking in and out(early) I had even asked to shorten the trip by a day off the end. I was told it would require manager approval and such. Overall the stay was fine, the regular front desk were helpful, manager was a problem.
