Klimaanlegget var ikke mulig å bruke, men heller ikke nødvendig. Vi måtte etterlyse håndklær og toalettpapir flere ganger. Brukte håndklær ble fjernet og glemt å legge igjen rene. Veldig hyggelig personale. Det stod ikke noe om treningsmuligheter under fasiliteter på hotellet, det burde det gjort, fint og godt utstyrt treningsrom.

Good new hotel. Superb helpful staff. Breakfast more than good enough to start the day. Room service food reasonably priced and good quality. Our room was above the restaurant, and was noisy with chair dragging and other noises. But the biggest disappointment was no alcohol license so we ended up spending most of our meals elsewhere.

Best hotel in Agadir, in our opinion! It’s our second time here, we love this hotel! Staff is extremely kind, helpful and professional. Room is spacious and clean, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is superb with many choices. Located in a quiet and calm neighborhood, perfect to reach every part of the city. SPA is wonderful, we had a relaxing massage and the hammam, very good service, amazing treatments. SPA staff is very nice and professional too, special mention to Madame Nassira, she’s a great manager, very helpful, a lovely person! Very recommended!

Leider nicht wie erwartet bzw. Preis-Leistung stimmt für uns überhaupt nicht. Das Bett war am ersten Tag voll mit fremden Haaren, wobei dies (selbverständlich) direkt ausgewechselt wurde. Trotzdem empfanden wir die Sauberkeit allgemein als nicht ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet wenig Abwechslung, jedoch war die Qualität in Ordnung. Im Spa wurde mehr verrechnet als in der Preisliste vermerkt und obwohl mehrfach (auch per Whatsapp) vereinbart, konnte die gebuchte Dienstleistung nicht erbracht werden. Das Pünktchen auf dem i war dann die Arroganz der Dame (wohl die Managerin o.ä.), als wir das Feedback beim Check-Out abgaben. Alles in allem schade und für uns enttäuschend.

The Reciption stuff was very bad and unprofessional. No welcoming, smile even checking the reservation information. She immediately said you have to pay extra in a bad attitude then realised she was wrong but didn’t even apologise. It was the worst chicken experience I ever had.. we had two rooms and my friends were told they cannot visit me in my room. How ridiculous is that?

The hotel has a lovely ambience. The staff are mostly friendly and polite. Overall the hotel is clean and well kept. But i feel the drains in the shower were giving a foul smell . Breakfast was not too bad. Fresh omelette made to our preference. And fresh crepes . Although lots of fruit flies around the salad and flies in general around while eating our breakfast( i think maybe invest in fly zappers around the property) . One of our last days the sausages weren't cooked all the way through so we left with upset tummies. The waiters were lovely and did bring coffee and juice to us daily at the table. There was no kettle with tea/coffee available in the rooms like most hotels have. Only 1 coffee pod machine with 1 pod (had to pay extra if topped up) That was a little disappointing that if i wanted a tea/coffee i would have to order room service. When we arrived there was only one small bottle of water even though there were 2 of us. The lights to the pool were never on in the evening so couldn't really sit by the pool in the night. We did get a hammam in the hotel spa which was very nice.
