Comfy and nice hotel

In general, the room was very clean and comfortable. Water was very hot and the room was very warm. However, one electric socket was broken. The vicinity of the hotel to the city center is not close, needa 1 h transportation time.

Man at reception was really helpful. Helped carry out bags from car to our room and showed us in. Don't really have anything negative to say about the room. We got it real cheap and it was OK for what we paid. It was just to sleep, after a London concert and saved me driving home. Did the job. Nothing luxury but good

This spacious twin room offered a comfortable night’s sleep, though the corridor noise from people moving around all night was a bit disruptive. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. I felt welcomed and cared for and would definitely stay again.

Staff were brilliant. But the hotel is very dated and in need of an upgrade. The bedroom suite was very clean but the matresses, bathroom suite could all do with changing. Parking onsite is extremely limited, you will need to find street parking and leave before 8am

After checking in i went to the room only to see that the room was already taken. The next room them give me was filthy dirty looked like someone had been sick in the sick and they didn’t clean it up properly: there was hair in the tub and paper on the floor. They offered me a free breakfast reception told me I could get the breakfast Togo. The last serving breakfast didn’t speak any English, so she got someone else who then told me I can not get it to go. Seems like none of the staff know what they are doing. The place is very dirty run down horrible stay
