Sorriest place I've ever stayed. Was under construction but was not told at booking. Absolutely no breakfast as listed, had to exchange your towels for new ones & had no wash rags. Other guests had no shower curtains & had to wait on maintenance to take a shower. No laundry as advertised. Pretty much a trashy motel

Took until midnight to get a TV remote that worked, place was dirty, so much so i skipped tge free breakfast and the coffee. ELEVATOR SHOULD BE INSPECTED... Very disappointed i use to love Super 8 for value and safty this one.. i will never stay again ... horrible experience

Parking was adequate for the size of the hotel building. Several areas that were being renovated. The room did not have a TV due to the previous occupants that had broke it. Not a big deal. We were there to sleep. The room and hotel for the most part was clean and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was small but tasty.

Very misleading online... not in the greatest of locations which can't be helped. But new carpet was being installed so no breakfast, had to work around the rolls of carpet and supplies to get to our room, and no water in the pool. When asked how long the renovation would take, was told they weren't renovating, just putting down new carpet. Meanwhile the building was extremely rundown and needed paint and new windows. Rooms were ok but bathroom was horrendous! The toilet rocked and the seat was crooked! Shower was awful... barely had any stream. Overall, a complete renovation is very much needed. The place just wasn't very inviting.

The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Like I can't express enough how great they were!! So friendly and helpful. That being said... they are in the processes of updating the property which it desperately needs. Housekeepers are super friendly but definitely need to do a better job of cleaning. Breakfast is extremely small but sufficient for a hurried trip. I was there for a surgery and the girl at the front desk (i wish i could remember her name) tried to keep me close to the elevator and even hugged me before i left for the hospital. She also loaned me her blow dryer as someone literally ripped the blow dryer off the wall in the room. I will stay there again because of the staff. The beds are very broken down but even with the issues i have and the back procedures i still slept comfortably!! Oh also if they're are multiple ppl staying out you're like me... all for extra wash clothes at check in. There's only 1 in the room!!! Thank you staff for safe and enjoyable stay even though i wasn't there for fun!!!

This property has no personnel at the counter and when calling no one answers. When I did get an answer, I was put on hold on my way from he airport and arrived at the property to find the person working at the time talking with someone in the lobby. The condition of the hotel is poor. Haphazard work like painting is going on at all times of the day and debris, trash etc is left in the halls and entrance.

The property was dirty and in my opinion unsafe. Trash bags in the hall way, the carpet in the elevator was detached so anyone could trip. Ice machine out of order. Paint chips everywhere. In my opinion they should have put a sign out that says please excuse our mess we are remodeling. THERE was a woman who came down while I was checking in to tell the front desk there was a strange man laying in her bed when she checked in. Also price was ridiculous for that trash

This property is under renovation which usually isn’t such a big deal but this was sloppy and dirty. Debris up and down the halls, stairwell full of trash, side door busted and permanently open (non-secure whatsoever). My room was equally as filthy and cannot imagine how someone passed that off as clean. Dirty tub, filthy floor, and uncountable stains on the walls. I stayed on top of the blanket and didn’t dare dig into the mattress situation. This cheap experience was not worth saving $10 this versus that. Next time go with that.

There are no staff or assigned personnel to work the counter, I mean it is empty all of the time. When I called on my way to the property, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and got to the hotel only to learn the person who answered the phone was talking to someone in the lobby. The pool is dry, there's no where for guests to set or rest in the outdoors. Areas are being painted / worked on through out the entire property and there's tools, materials and debris laying everywhere.
