This is the worst hotel/motel I ever been in rooms are dirty, lobby is warm almost unbearable, afternoon staff is unknowledgeable parking is non-existent breakfast is cheap not in price but quality this is a 1 star at best don't pay anymore than $40 a night if by the week no more than $100 it's that bad, as I was arriving there was another customer at the front desk warning me I should of listened.

I spent three days at this location. it is very poorly ran. The internet was down, The toilet seat is broken the microwave door came loose, the door lock failed, Front desk person yelled at me about it is not her responsibility. I wish I could get my money back. It was a nightmare.

The room did not feel clean, the bathroom is at least 20 years old, or has that much wear. The entire Hotel is burning hot, there is not one air conditioner or central air that works in any public area. I called for 2 days for housekeeping and they never showed up. They still charge full price even without the pool working or exercise room. It feels very ghetto.

The Super 8 South location doesn't look like what is being advertised on this website. The customer service was horrible and they do not have pool, washer/dryer, the amenities need to amended due to the lack of.

Desk clerk said the baggage cart was being used when we checked in. When we checked out found both of them in side room by ice maker with a wheel broken off, so he lied to me. Toilet flapper did not seal correctly, so the toilet ran every 3-4 minutes. The breakfast was a farce, no knifes or forks, to eat waffles (were good )no juice, no pastries, stale bread, warm milk for cereal, a/c was good but loud enough to cover toilet flushing, Coffee maker was very good. No hand rails in shower, Would not stay again.

Our room was supposed to be non smoking room it smelt like smoke. The bed was nasty it had a hole in it and it was so filthy. The sheets were stained. The bed spread had burn holes in it. Very musty all through out the hole hotel and room and no ac running anywhere.

The room was dirty, TV was not working, no soap and or shampoos. Sheets were old and worn out. Couch in the room was stained and horrible Property itself was very dirty. I asked for another room and was told that was not an option. I will never be staying there again I would like a refund
