The lady at check in was great super nice. I booked this motel because they had an indoor pool well when we went to the pool it said it closed at 10. While my son was swimming all the lights shut off at 9:45. J asked the lady at the front & she said the shut off when the pool closes and they didn’t have a way to turn them on. She was nice about it but it was a bummer my son couldn’t swim. Then the next morning we went to breakfast the pancake maker didn’t work & the front desk didn’t know how to fix it so my son decided to have cereal. Well my son made a bowl & went to get milk but nothing came out so I asked her for more milk & she informed me they have been out but no one has purchased anymore. I was blown away. Why did I pay extra for a room to swim & have breakfast & we didn’t get either. I was very disappointed.

Staff was friendly and it was clean; however, the rooms are a bit outdated, tile was falling off the wall near the jetted tub, and our carpet needed to be replaced. Our pillowcase was not white (yellowish color), but housekeeping was super friendly and replaced it. There was a hole in the comfortable. I just overlooked it this time.

Safe & friendly!

The check-in experience was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly. In the morning housekeeping was very friendly and the gal at the desk was helpful in being able to serve my need at that time. The room is very spacious with the microwave and refrigerator and a large TV, including a coffee maker. It was very quiet there and the bed was awesome. Very comfortable.

I’m pretty easy when it comes to hotels, but I had to write a review. This hotel desperately needs renovations. Room smells old and moldy. Accidentally turned on the heat and it smelled like animal pee. Found roaches in the sink and bottom of the tub was dirty. Came for a baseball tournament. Relatively close to the park. Only positive to staying here. My son and some of his baseball teammates were crying immediately after getting out of the pool because there was way too much chlorine. Please check on this so no one else gets seriously hurt. Breakfast was sub par. When checking in we weren’t given any useful information besides the wifi password. We weren’t told: 1. The elevator buttons didn’t work for the second floor. 2. Rooms aren’t serviced everyday by housekeeping. Had to take out my own trash and place it in dumpster. 3. What time breakfast was served and ended.

First, bath had no body wash, 2 conditioners and 1 shampoo, my room was cleaned 1 time in 5 days, pan cake machine outnof order for 2 days, toaster one side didn't work and the side that did... toasted only 1 side. Swimming pool out of order, Laundry machines out of order, TV didn't allow FireStick, no fruits at breakfast, repeated menu.. eggs and Sausage ..eggs and potatoes. Sometimes they had boiled eggs. Last morning they were out of plates.

We cancelled the 2nd night. The pool/hot-tub is and has been out-of-order for a while. The a/c in the room didn't work very well and the fridge froze our food/drinks. The continental breakast was decent but the pancake machine was broken.

Was very nice! Only issue was indoor pool was closed, and i did see one cockroach inmmy room. One light had a bulb out. And the breakfast in the mornings was not much at all to choose from, just basicly sausage, eggs or potato cubes, blueberry and bannana nut muffins. No pastries at all. If these things are fixed it would be even better. So i would stay again but, would enjoy it better if these things was better
