Beautiful hotel in great location

This hotel is right in the centre of Chania in a perfect location - it's a short walk to the main harbour and only a few minutes away from the bus station if you're planning day trips further afield. Breakfast was beautiful and the service was brilliant with everyone we interacted with in the hotel. A couple of small downsides - the gym is very small, and the indoor pool is in a bit of an odd place as it's in the restaurant! We would definitely stay again.

Excellent modern hotel at Chania city centre!

Excellent Location in the centre of Chania. Very nice modern room with nice amenities. The breakfast was very delicious especially the Cretan omelette and the english muffin. All the staff of the hotel were very friendly and there was a member of the staff who arrange to park/bring back our rental car from the parking place. Overall I highly recommend the Chania Hotel for a stay at Chania town!

Hotel is nice and clean. The people are very welcoming and the service is excellent. The breakfast that’s included is second to none. Don’t go for the pool is small and in the restaurant, kind of a running joke amongst guests. The hotel is the heart Chania and you can easily walk anywhere in the city. We rented a car to explore the waterfalls and beaches and it was worth it. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely boutique hotel close to everything. The staff is super helpful and resourceful! Marina from the front desk gave me many restaurants and beach suggestions in Crete to discover. Polite and always smiling all of the staff deserve more than 5 stars! The location makes it so easy to walk to the old port of Chania! The rooms are very clean and well designed. We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Chania hotel. I would definitely stay again. It is in such a fantastic location, walkable to so many shops and restaurants. The staff were always helpful and friendly and the breakfast was amazing. I really appreciated that they give you towels to use if you want to go to the beach. Many other hotels in Greece do not do this. We also enjoyed happy hour at the upstairs pool/bar most afternoons. The Chania Hotel is so quiet and comfortable. It was one of our favorite places we stayed on our trip.
