Room was not clean!!! Long black hair strands on the floor in the bathroom. On the right side of the bed were dirty toenail clippings! The carpet was so dirty, I had to put a towel down on the side of the bed to wipe my feet before I could get into bed! It was obvious the staff had not vacuumed in quite a while. The laundry room was pleasantly surprising; it was fairly clean and I was able to do a couple loads of laundry - cost was $2.50 total per load. The furniture in the lobby is worn out, stained and dirty. Parking was ample. Hotel was in a good location. I have stayed here twice. Will not be staying again! Neither time did I get the room I had reserved. Someone, maybe the manager, needs to take some responsibility for the needs - or lack there of - at this hotel.
