The best thing about the property was that it was right on the beach. The amenities such as the pools, jacuzzi, outdoor grills and general grounds were immaculate. The staff obviously takes great pride in caring for this 60 year old resort. The price was also very fair. One problem was that the Murphy bed in our Studio unit was that the AC was within one foot of the side of the head of the bed which then blew directly in the face of the person sleeping on that side of the bed. We had to sleep on the sofa bed which was ok, but not as comfortable as the Murphy bed. Another problem is that there is no source of heat, other than the electric stove. There was a bit of a cold snap during our stay and our morning indoor temperature on one morning was 62 degrees. Our last small problem was that due to the unit having a very small water heater, we could not take two consecutive 10 minute showers without the second person running out of hot water. We adjusted our shower times and that problem was solved. I still gave this property a four star rating because of it's great location and wonderfully cared for amenities.

Close to the beach .well equipt rooms . Lots of places to sit and relax outside. My problem was the bed was horrible and my back was hurt. Also when the air condition was working it made a very loud noise and the would cut offand come on which would frighten me.. Except for those things the place is very good. I wont stay there again because of the merphy bed that was dead

This timeshare property has some benefits: low price, free parking. Otherwise: no housekeeping, air conditioner smelled terrible, no elevator for access to our 3rd floor rental. We might rent again based on low prices but would hope they clean their air conditioner units prior to returning

This is a timeshare rental. It comes across line a suites hotel, but it isn't. The elevator was dirty. The rooms decor was worn and tired. There was no daily maid service. Overall, a disappointment for the money.

The place was dirty the first room we had was dirty. Toothpaste spit running down the front of cabinets in bathroom. Floor was dirty. No coffee filters ect. Ants and little spiders. So they changed our room no bugs but coffee drips on floor. Just feel could have been clean they do charge you to clean. Reserved a multi-level king room from exoedia. Was told they don't even have rooms lije that. Don't know. Just feel I didn't get what I paid for. Bed was awful. I have arthritis and would get stuck in the holes. But the lication was nice.

I love this place because it is in front of the beach. Its location is awesome because there are not hotels in both sides, just residential buildings. The beach is clean and there are not so many people or visitors around. Also, I rented a studio that has a kitchen with everything included. I will visit again

My balcony was literally feet from the beach. 30 seconds to walk from hotel to beach, maybe less. Nothing special about the hotel, but it was clean and inexpensive, with a full kitchen.
