We had a wonderful stay at Nana Vida in Roma Norte and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.
From the moment we arrived, the entire team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed, always with genuine warmth.
The hotel itself is absolutely charming. There are many lovely little spaces throughout the property where you can sit and relax, which gives the hotel a very intimate and special atmosphere. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary drinks, coffee, and snacks available during the day. There is even a small ballet/yoga room, which was such a cute and unique feature.
During our stay, my husband unfortunately became ill, and the staff were extremely attentive and caring. They kindly brought electrolyte drinks and medicine and made sure we were comfortable, which we truly appreciated.
The location in Roma Norte is also excellent—perfect for walking to restaurants, cafés, and exploring the neighborhood.
Another detail that made our stay memorable were the small gifts and thoughtful gestures we received, including coffee, bracelets, and handmade soap. These little touches made the experience feel very personal.
Overall, Nana Vida is a truly lovely boutique hotel with exceptional service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again.
