I had a wonderful stay at NaNa Vida. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable with a great location, but the staff are what really make this place special. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and they made me feel at home from the start. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Extremely friendly staff, clean facilities, a mezcal station, coffee station, and a cool rooftop to hang out on...what more could one want? I certainly will look to return here if i'm back in CDMX. The local area is walkable with plenty of restaurants, taco spots, and bars.

This is a friendly, comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. The hotel is located in one of the best parts of Mexico City for visitors. There are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby and it felt very safe. One thing for first time visitors is that the only sign for the hotel is a small one by the doorbell. As long as you know the address, you’ll be fine.

I have never stayed in a hotel where the stay is so friendly. They are truly delightful and helpful. It’s a charming boutique hotel with large, clean rooms. It is on the street with cafes so they do supply earplugs and a sound machine if it bothers you. The double pane windows blocked much of the noise and we didn’t need the earplugs or sound machine. They offer plenty of free water, coffee, tea, pan dulce, mezcal, candies, Gatorade, and coke. The hotel is in a trendy, walking, neighborhood with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars. One caveat: it is not handicapped friendly. You must be able to walk up stairs.

Nana Vida was an incredible stay. The rooms are spacious and the hospitality is amazing. We loved the small gifts and treats offered throughout the trip. The rooftop was the perfect place for pastries and cafe de olla. The rooms were clean and we appreciated the free water and drinks. A great place for families too. The staff is friendly and we would stay again when visiting CDMX.

Julian helped check us in and was so kind! He offered us goodies like bracelet, soap, and a dress/shirt that is traditional Mexican clothing. Our rooms were spacious and clean. They offered unlimited free waters and sodas as well. There are other rooms available such as a lounge area, courtyard, rooftop, and business center. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would come back again!

Great hotel in an ideal location.

Amazing location, amazing hotel and amazing staff. Despite some noise issues caused by the hot water boiler, these issues are easily outweighed by the quality of the hotel in terms of style, customer driven staff, complimentary snacks / drinks, location and a lovely roof top terrace.

Visited CDMX this past weekend with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and couldn't have stayed at a more lovely hotel! The location is perfect — what a fun, safe, and beautiful part of the city with numerous parks, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping all around. It almost feels like a B&B, with an extremely nice and attentive staff that offers complimentary mezcal (!), a coffee/snack bar, and check-in & check-out gifts. After learning we were celebrating our anniversary, they even surprised us with a thoughtful surprise, which made our stay extra memorable. The room was nicely sized and well appointed, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We'll be back!

Our stay at Nana Vida was amazing. It was my partner’s birthday trip and I messaged ahead to ask to have a few things in the room upon arrival as a surprise for her, they really made it feel special. The room was super clean, spacious and decorated well. Olivia the housekeeper was kind and diligent. It’s not a hotel with a ton of amenities (gym, pool etc), but the location and the people who work there make it feel perfect. We’re so grateful for the care and kindness we recieved, the location was perfect, so walkable. We got great recommendations from everyone who works there. Thank you so much to everyone at NaNa vida that made our week so sweet.

Fun stay at NaNa Vida cdmx

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was extremely clean. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay and we loved the Roma Norte neighborhood. We especially loved the staff.
