We had a 2 queen room booked a month prior to our stay. The man at the front said there are no rooms available for what we and prepaid and booked. He said all he could do was give us an extra room with a king bed. It was me, my sister, and my daughter. We wanted to be together and stay in a room together. I would have been ok, if he at least offered a free night as compensation for the lack of organization. He said he couldn’t do that. (That wasted money for your hotel). Also, on the second night, our 2nd room that my sister stayed in was locked when we returned from my daughter’s gymnastics competition. They said we failed to check out. When I originally booked it and paid it was until Sunday. So, another error on that man’s side. Our rooms were not clean, there was actually a crawfish tail left in the corner and the carpet was gross. On the bright side, the lady working Saturday evening was super nice and polite and worked things out for us. I was thankful because it had not been a good experience at all! Also, the waitress at breakfast sat morning, was super great and friendly.
