I had read the previous reviews regarding rooms that were set up for travelers with dogs so it wasn’t surprising to find the floors dirty. I told my husband to either wear socks or his shoes before getting into bed after he showered. Overall that was the only bad thing about the room. The hotel should purchase one of those sweep/ wash vacs for their maids. It would improve their customers experience 100%. Breakfast choices were very good. Ham, sausage links, scrambled eggs, cereal, bagels, waffles, muffins, choices of juices and fresh fruit. Check-in was easy as was checkout. We did not participate in the 5 o’clock chips, beer and wine so I have no comment. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and the bathroom was clean except the floors (filthy) and the soap holder in the tub had mold on the under side. My husband found several items around the bed on the floor. The second bed looked clean but smelled of muscle rub so I think it was used-but looked clean so they had just made it up without changing the sheets. I believe they charged us $20 per dog which I’m OK with because I know they SHOULD pay extra cleaning attention to rooms that have had dogs. This was an earlier complaint by a reviewer—the hotel said they would address the dirty floors—-but clearly something didn’t occur because the room still has filthy floors so no extra cleaning was done by the maids.
