Great location with parking. Nice rooms.

Great location, just next to SJO airport (so airplanes flying by on top, but not during the night) and supermarket, with gated parking lot. Owner is friendly and easy to communicate. 2BR with small equipped kitchen and living room.

Edward was wonderful at communicating and answering questions. The rooms were very hot, as the air conditioner did not fully cool any of the rooms. A black out curtain would be helpful in the front bedroom, especially when the car parked literally right in front of the window after we went to bed. And the shower was very confusing to use...good pressure, but cool water. could not figure out how to get warm water! Edward provided us transportation to the airport which was wonderful, driver arrived early and got us there in minutes! we used Adobe Car Rental while in CR and they offered us free transportation to Edwards. I also understand that Edward offers car rental as well!

Absolute gem, with the owner, Edward, being the best part. He came to the airport to pick us up, even being a late flight, and stopped off at a supermarket so we could get a few things to eat. The next day he drove us to pick up our vehicle. The accommodation was lovely, everything you need in a clean, beautiful place.I highly recommend staying here 😊

Beautiful, well appointed unit. Very close to the airport, clean and updated accommodation, secure parking and nearby places to eat. Edward was an amazing host. He greeted us, explained the suite and surrounding area, offered to help with anything we needed/wanted. We felt so welcomed and well looked after. We really did feel like family. Edward y Familia is absolutely fabulous. I'm pretty sure it is the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. The room is adorable, with everything you could need, and the decor and design is very tasteful. Edward picked me up at the airport personally and is a very gracious host. This was exactly what I needed after a hard day of traveling. I felt very safe and taken care of as a solo female traveler. Thank you so much Edward y Familia. I wish I could stay longer!

Welcoming stay

We traveled with our 3 teens here. We spend our first and last night of the trip here because of its proximity to the airport. Comfortable and safe but the best part was the host. Edward made sure we felt safe, informed and welcomed the whole time.

What an amazing find close to the airport! Edward was proactive in communicating and very hospitable. He picked us up at the airport and took us to our rental car the next day. Our room was spotless, spacious and minutes from the airport. We did not explore the area as we arrived late and left early the next morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if in the area. If you need an inexpensive clean room, this is the place to book.

Edward and his wife were very accommodating and friendly. Our stay was short, but was a clean comfortable roof over our heads for the 8 hours we were there. Had an early morning flight, Edward fit our family of 5 into his vehicle with all of our bags and drove us to the airport in the early morning. Would definitely consider coming back for a future stay.

We did a short overnight stay after late flight in. Host was wonderful for communication, pickup, and transfer. Room was comfy, clean and cozy. There is some noise from airplanes and traffic, but we slept well. Great in room coffee, but we left too early to try breakfast. Recommend for wonderful hosts, nice room and airport location
