A Horrible Hotel

The room assigned to us does not have working key, the technician took 3 hours for opening the door for us, the toilet was not working, room was not clean-sheets and pillow needs to be changed, elevator was not working-we made 6 trips from 3rd floor to the cashier for help, there was not breakfast served in the morning-just a kettle with cold coffee.

Good for overnight stop

Nice enough and adequate for our overnight stay. Bathroom floor could have used a better vacuuming; needed better or more pillows; breakfast area needs a big pump coffee urn to serve customers. Overall nice enough for passing thru.

I love that the room and hotel stood up to the awesome reviews I read. The staff was welcoming and nice. It was close to my home and other activities I had planned for the day and I definitely will be returning.
