Front desk was impossible to reach to address noise issue with other guests for over 4 hours. I couldn’t physically leave the room to go to the front desk in the middle of the night due to being alone with a young child in/out of sleep all night. Horrible smell in the room and hall (sewage) the entire stay. Hot tub was out of order. The restaurant wasn’t open on a Friday evening. The pool area was filthy with chewed gum and used bandaids in several areas. The room had trash present in the corner and a bathroom that didn’t look to be cleaned. The stopper in the bathtub also did not work preventing my young child from taking a bath. It was an overall terrible stay.

There is a hot tub in the advertisement photo. Google says this is the largest hotel hot tub in Fort Wayne. Maybe it is, but it's doesn't really matter when there's NO WATER IN IT and there's a "Permanently closed" sign posted by it. No biggie, right? Just jump in the pool.... The ICE COLD pool. If you JUST need a room with a bed for the night, it's fine. But for our night.... we chose this place because of the advertised pool and hot tub. 1 was out of service, the other was a miserable freezing cold experience. I poured through every word of their description wondering if I just missed the info...nope. No mention. Also no ice maker on the 5th floor. Bar / restaurant was closed by 7pm. Not open at 11am the next day. The shower was just lukewarm at 9am. Thank God it was hot the night prior so I could thaw out from freezing in the pool. So that means the water heaters couldn't keep up with demand even at 9am on a Tuesday. Can't imagine how bad a busy weekend would be. Then again, the showers are so small that there's barely a flat area to stand before the sides start to curve up. So you really want to rinse and get out asap anyway. There is NOTHING that is high end or relaxing at this Holiday Inn that works. Again, if ALL you need is a room to sleep, I guess it's fine, but I'd save $30-$40 and stay 5 minutes up the road at any of several hotels in FW in the $80 range. All in all, I've had better experiences at significantly less expensive hotels.

Check in, we arrived right at 3 pm so there was a line, however many people in front of us were offered free bottled water and we were not, I did not ask for one either. The room was very fresh smelling, bedding clean, parking great right across from the concert I was attending. Free cookies and popcorn I saw were offered but I didn't take any. I would stay here again if I go to another concert.

Our room was dirty, I believe housekeeping quit mid shift. I believe they made an excuse to move us rooms versus cleaning the roll in shower room that we booked. FD rude and uncaring like too bad for you. There were multiple ppl with room issues!

I was unable to go to Fort Wayne on friday 1/16 to accept my reservation but showed up at the hotel on saturday to accept my reservation for the 17th but the hotel said that "Hotels.com" had cancelled my PAID reservation for the 17th due to a "no show" on friday the 16th - I paid $555 for the weekend but Hotels.com cancelled the whole weekend due to my "no show" on Friday the 16th - after calling Hotels.com for a refund (at least for the Saturday room) they said NO REFUND due to me not using the Protection - I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH HOTELS.COM EVER AGAIN & WILL TELL EVERYONE IN OUR VOLLLEYBALL & DANCE COMPANY ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!

First toom assigned the beds were not made. Could not get into the second room. Third toom was made, but had cleanex and dirt on one of the beds. When i mentioned the issues to the lady at the desk, she flatly replied "well, that is not my fault".
