Wir haben zuerst das falsche Zimmer bekommen. Dann doch noch das richtige Zimmer bekommen. Wir hatten einen Suite mit Sitzmöglichkeiten gebucht. Das Zimmer war voll mit den Betten und es war klein. Keine Sitzmöglichkeiten im Zimmer und für eine Suite viel zu klein kein Platz für Koffer. Das Zimmer war schrecklich. Frühstück war auch eher schlecht.

Falta de conde las políticas del personal Hotel

Al otro día del check in nos fueron a buscar a la habitación para firmar un acuerdo donde nos querían efectuar un cobro indebido, algo fuera de las políticas de reservas en Hoteles.com y que tampo están en las Politicas de Reserva en la página del Hotek Campanario. Luego de varios minutos de intentar explicar...que el cobro no correspondía, que no firmarías un documento que nos estaban pidiendo firmar...la señorita quedó en conversar con su jefa. La jefa nos pidió disculpas por lo ocurrido, ya que la situación fue muy irregular y nos ocacionaron muchas molestias por ello (nos fueron a buscar a la habitación para cobrar...e intetaron convenvcernos de firnar y luego pagar...). Además se recomienda mejorar las duchas de las habitaciones del hotel.

La estadía fué muy confortable y sin grandes problemas, la atención fué muy amable y respetuosa, y la limpieza excelente. Creo que deberían brindar mas información acerca del hotel y de la ciudad para turistas. Lo peor es que esperaba tener un mejor wifi (HORRIBLEMENTE MALO), servicio a la habitación y un restaurante o bar en el hotel. Muchas gracias

Charming hotel. Lovely staff - accommodating of our limited Spanish. The breakfast restaurant with buffet was good. Wifi was non-existent. Amazing location - across the road from the beach & restaurants/bars. However noise that continued well after midnight from the street and nearby bars was annoying & made it difficult to fall asleep. Overall, a good stay but perhaps not the best choice if you want a restful night’s sleep (on a weekend anyway).
