酒店整体很棒，地理位置优越就是早餐不得不吐槽一下，早餐是填表送餐 填的是9点送餐可是10点还没来，（期间打了两通电话给前台答复是马上送过去！）我们实在不能在等了就离开了！真心表示无语！！！！

Very low-touch hotel experience--no staff interaction; use of codes to gain access. Room was spacious/good layout, clean, basic amenities. Several good nearby restaurants, shops; able to walk to many other local sites. However, saw more homeless individuals in the vicinity, also likely due to hotel location.

Excellent price. Excellent location. Hot water available immediately. Bed was comfortable. Only 3 drawbacks were: no bathtub and also no place to eat and you can't watch TV from the bed.

Elevator broke

Elevator was broken which was not a good thing for us due to my husbands surgery. Seems to be an ongoing thing as it's mentioned in many of the reviews and they even have a very nice laminated sign they post up. The key pad numbers are worn off on the outside doors and the keypad is very low on the wall

Quarto maravilhoso mas hotel sem atendentes

O quarto era maravilhoso, espaçoso, pe direito altissimo, muito agradável mesmo. Banheiro espaçoso e muito bom. As áreas comuns são bem decoradas, mas, para você que prefere um hotel com recepção 24 horas, esse não é o melhor hotel, pois a proposta é nao ter atendimento presencial, apenas remoto. Não me atrapalhou em nada, honestamente, e como o quarto era muito bom, ficaria ali de novo. Nas redondezas há muitos bares, restaurantes, cafes e o acesso ao transporte publico é muito facil (metro literalmente na porta). Fica na Gayborhood da cidade, entao se isso for um problema para voce, sugiro ver outra opção. Como não é para mim e so vi vantagens no hotel e na localização, recomendo a estadia.

Not for me

The room at first glance seems nice and it’s very big which is great but that’s kinda where the good stuff ends. They have a white noise machine which is supposed to be from outdoor noises but the walls are paper thin and the bathroom fan is crazy loud when toilet flushing is like a plane taking off. And you can hear your neighbors doing these things. No microwave in the room I had. Shower is old style and very small, my elbows hit the walls several times. And then there’s the three separate occupancy sensors inside of the room presumably to enforce their rule that all guess be identified to Sonder and that no guest id allowed to stay overnight unless they are registered. It was eerily quiet except for the bathroom noises and didn’t feel welcoming and bustling like a regular hotel. It’s definitely a hotel for people who don’t want to stay at the hotel for long or who are traveling alone and prefer to travel out to meet people. Oh and the tv picture quality was really bad it was hard to see certain things.i left the last two days of my three day stay to the doubletree because i just didn’t feel comfortable there.

Safe place to stay

The building was safe. The space was nice for 2 parents and a daughter. It was misleading on the site. It looked more divided. It was not. The TV did not work

Book a hotel instead!!!

Our experience was quite frustrating! Throughout a 4 floor building there are only 5 lockers for all people (of which only 2 have space for large luggage). They are taken on a first in basis so when we arrived at 11 there were none left! So we had to run around town with large suitcases looking for a space to store these until check in time, pay extra, and then go back to collect our bags losing our time and money. In order to check in earlier you need to pay extra and the earliest was at 1! Staff there told us that someone from sonder would come to talk to us. It took them nearly an hour to send someone just to tell us that they cannot help and provide some paid alternatives around town. We were even more annoyed that the first staff member could not tell us this without us having to wait for an hour there without reason! There is a coffee machine there for guests. When a lady asked how to use the machine she was told to use the water from the toilet? There is also a lot of noise coming from outside. Book a hotel, its the same price and at least they are accommodating!
