All about location

Location is excellent. Full access to Taino Resort is great. Free ferry to Lucaya is great. Room was adequate - beds comfy, housekeeping a little lacks, knew to bring my own iron however surprised no hair dryer ( one supplied once ask for). Check in and out was easy.

It appears they are not quite recovered from the hurricane of 2019. Plumbing pulling from the shower, peeling paint, not quite clean in the floor corners and wood work. No pictures on the walls, no bedspreads and air conditioning needs replacement.

The amenities were nice! But the rooms at Flamingo Bay are outdated, pretty simple… they need to do some urgent remodeling there.

The hotel location was great the amenities were very good. The front desk had me try two seperate keys and had to call maintenance. The room maintenance not so good. The grab bar in the showe was loose and came outseveral times. The whole water knoband spot moved when turned on, the drai was cloggedwith hair from previous guests, and the kitchenette light did not work. Theroom was cozy and looking over the mari a was great.the staff extremely friendly. I The hotel could use an upgrade but still very nice

Liked the property. Door lock was a task to figure out, no food or drink available after a certain time cause front desk closes. However, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Clean facilities, good price. Shout out to the security Terry! He saved the day!

Great Location across the bay from Lucayan Market. (they have a ferry to shuttle across). Rooms are rather sparse (could use a towel bar in bathroom and a desk lamp) Great staff throughout the properties. Really liked the pool and the occasional shuttle to the grocery store.

Extremely outdated, beds are atrocious some of the staff just don't care and some do. If you come by boat and rent a slip it's nice but by land is nit worth the money. I understand Hurricanes have come through but at least try to rebuild what you have to make it a worthy experience. Place has much potential but needs better management and grounds keepers.
