4/10 一般

On arrival the main lobby looked good but when we got to the 2nd floor it was super dirty. The room smelled musty, AC didn't work great and the vent was horrendous.also there was stains all over the carpet and furniture. 1 star.

The front staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. The pool was nice. The hot tub had too many dead insects in it so i decided not to get in. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

4/10 一般

Fought issues with internet every night. We had a smart tv with no cable so you had to log in to apps all the time but most of the time you couldn’t get the internet to stay on. Took 2 days to watch a movie. 2nd time staying here in two months. First time was good. 2nd time not so much.
真实点评

Cold A/C in the rooms, hot water, comfortable beds, and good breakfast options in the morning. Property was clean.
真实点评

We could not stay at the property as it was moldy and musky. The staff were great and they issued us a full refund

There were 3 roach type bugs in the room. This hotel definitely needs some work. We were on the 2nd floor and there was a big hole in the ceiling. Not impressed at all.

真实点评

6/10 不错

The staff was friendly. The facility is run down and the rooms are not clean. Old smelly carpet, smelled like puke in one area, bathroom floor tiles were cracked and the rooms need to be painted. I would not recommend anyone to stay there unless your desperate as we were.

It was probably the last time i will visit Mineral Wells as our company has closed the branch nearby. It is always a nice quiet stay here, i have been staying here since it was a HIE. It is great to see that the quality has not dropped as many purchased franchises do...

Pretty nice motel. Breakfast was weak. The shower curtain was hung with the center much lower than the ends, I’m guessing the rod was a little long. So you couldn’t keep the curtain closed, it would slide down to the middle. The girl at the front desk was great.
