Overall, this is a beautiful, peaceful property. Internet info and courtyard photos are old and outdated, though. Breakfast is no longer provided, and there is no one onsite. All communication is electronic, and so are all the locks. Access codes are provided on day of arrival. It is still a well-maintained property, though, and I enjoyed my stay.

This was not the cabin I rented. I was expecting a unit with a king size bed and a tub, and was very disappointed. There was no one else at the property. The bathroom fan didn’t work, and the kitchen poorly equipped. We were charged for a premium cabin, but was put into a much more substandard unit, and no adjustment in the price for the difference. I’m just glad that we were there only 2 days.

Area was very quiet and inside was clean. The only complaint would be that the bed, although nice vintage looking to match the rest was not very sturdy. Any movement on the bed would move the bed and create loud squeaking noises due to the loose frame and posts. This woke us up at night even just with one of us turning or adjusting.

Unit was clean and kitchen was great.Staff was friendly. Location was great. We were a little disappointed that the bathtub Jacuzzi did not work and some of the furniture could have in better condition… I.e. kitchen chair had holes in it and sunk in the middle when you sat down. Springs were coming through the mattress. Some of the pillows were very flat and had stains in them. I would highly recommend this property for a short stay.

Our stay was great. The Alling House is a beautiful Victorian house with everything, including many decorative items there and in place. We hope to stay there again next year when we attend the Florida Square Dance Convention.

It was a very nice and peaceful property. The four main cottages faced a center are that was well keep. Plenty of seating on the porches and in the center area with nice lighting at night. While we did see other staying at the other cabins, everyone was respectful, helping to keep the place sonething to enjoy.

Alling house is a lovely bed-and-breakfast with cabins. There is no breakfast served however, the cabins are fully equipped with kitchens. The grounds are beautiful, the cabins are all themed, very rustic and cozy with front porches and rocking chairs. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Orange city.

I thought a B&B meant bed & breakfast. In this case it meant bed & bath as there is NO breakfast. The place lacked the personal touch one comes to expect from a B&B, meaning there was no host. Impersonal text messages instructed check-in & check-out. I stayed in the Gold room which was very comfortable. The pillows and the shower head need to be replaced, Overall, I enjoyed my stay & I would stay here again.
