The room was spaciousness with beautiful views, a kitchenette and sitting area. The grounds were beautiful and in a perfect location. The room itself seemed a bit outdated. The faucet in the tub was rusty and in need of caulking as it was coming off the wall. It would make for a more comfortable stay if coffee filters and towels were provided. Towels were replenished on the 4th day. One major concern was the absence of an Elevator as there were numerous elderly people at this resort.

Fantastic location for exploring Key West without the noise. You can walk 15 mins to see the sunrise, and 20 to see sunset and get everything else in between. So nice to have a room with microwave and fridge. Gorgeous view if you can get a room on the water. Highly recomment.

The property itself and management was great, however the cleaning staff went through our personal belonging's and proceeded to eat our food when it was clearly directed to be moved into our next room (given if you book through expedia, you will have to change room's on Saturday), and then lied about it. The hotel management kindly tried to resolve the matter (and we are grateful for their help), but overall it created a large feeling of distrust.

We loved the location of the resort. It was within walking distance of Duvall street and so many restaurants. Even though it is close to everything it was very quiet and peaceful. The small private beach was nice to return to after seeing the sights. The staff was super friendly too. Would stay here again if we return to Key West.

We loved our stay! Just know the 3rd floor suites are 152 stairs with NO elevator. For some reason there is frequently a sulfur/sewage smell that is quite unpleasant:( Staff very helpful and they will take your luggage if you ask🌴☀️🌴☀️
