Nice colonial property in the city center. Beds are comfy, good internet and netflix n prime service. 24 hour frontdesk, free parking in the same street. Breakfast is a la carte, but even though the hotel was fully booked, there was only one lady…. No glasses, no mugs for coffee, as she had to cook and clean. Sit an wait. This needs to be improved, maybe a small buffett with more options…

The hotel is in a beautiful traditional old house. The staff were super kind. But it needs maintenance; we booked two rooms for a night, and one of them had an old bathroom that didn´t look so clean. The other room let rain come in and wet the floor.

We stayed here for a week and were very satisfied with the services. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous, special shoutout to Israel!. The breakfast was ample and good. The hotel has a quaint and rustic feel to it. This is a 3 star hotel, so pls do not expect anytime more. Its biggest plus is its proximity to the center of the city. This hotel is a great place to rest and sleep after wandering around Merida and the rest of the countryside. If you want more or expect more from this hotel, then go stay at an overpriced 5 star hotel or resort!

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. There was a huge dead cockroach in our bathroom and it was very smelly of toxic poisson for cockroaches. The bedsheets were all in polyester, they felt so bad in our bodies. The service was quite bad, they didn’t even apologise for the cockroach issue. They didn’t have any type of anticipation and they sold us a very bad boat tour to Celestun which was very dangerous.

We stayed at Real Toledo over our summer vacation. The greatest treasure Merida has is its people. This is clearly reflected by the staff there. Israel is genuinely invested in helping visitors have a wonderful experience in Merida! This makes up for the small things that may have been lacking. I hope that travelers can find the value in the kind and attentive people of Merida that like Israel want you to leave with a great Yucatecan memory and plan on returning soon just to experience their hospitality again. Mil Gracias!!

Localisation parfaite

Séjour très sympathique. Personnel aimable. Très très bien localisé. Propre. Parking sécurisé dans la même rue que l'hôtel, mais nécessite de demander au gardien de l'ouvrir à chaque fois. Climatisation un peu vieillissante (refroidit bien mais le réglage de la puissance ne marchait plus). Quelques détails à corriger pour rendre le séjour parfait (par exemple, avoir des verres pour boire et un sèche-cheveux dans la chambre, mettre un couvercle à la poubelle).

Magnifique hôtel à Merida

Très joli hôtel, bien situé, et bien typique. Assez propre, bénéficiant d'un parking à 10 mètres de l'hôtel. La chambre familiale est très spacieuse et bien équipée, un frigo aurait été un plus. Les personnels sont très gentils et vraiment serviable en longueur de journée. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment appréciable. L'eau de la piscine est laiteuse à cause de la chaleur, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Mais nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et sommes très heureux d'avoir pu séjourner dans cet hôtel.

Totalmente recomendable.

Excelente el hecho de tener una piscina muy limpia y lista para refrescarse después de un largo y caluroso trayecto. Todo muy limpio. Lo que he echado de menos era una ventana en la habitación que tuviese luz natural. Por lo demás un 10. Como sugerencia estaría bien tener algún enchufe adicional y una pequeña nevera en la habitación.
