No airport shuttle as advertised. I figured this out the day before check in because I had called to hotel to determine if there a reservation for the shuttle was needed or if we just called when we arrived? This was our primary reason for booking this hotel as we were traveling with our children a bed luggage for a cruise so Ubers,etc needed to be large to have enough space. When we tried to get a refund we were told to call hotels.com only to spend hours in chats and phone calls with zero resolution. Pool not operating. The bathroom as well as outdoors throughout the property had a smell of sewage. Front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was not impressive but ok.

Nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. It’s apparent that there are residents at this ‘motel’. The room was filthy. I would never have taken my shoes off in that room. Cockroaches everywhere. At breakfast there was a 3” long cockroach crawling at the juice machine. Everyone seemed very unbothered by that. The towels were stained, dirt and toothpaste. They had absolutely not been washed. I would not stay here again even it were free. Horrible!!!

First of all the hotel didnt reply to numerous communications prior to arrival regarding the advertised free shuttle bus. On arrival the bus was not running so we had to get a taxi. The hotel room was not fit for human habitation. The room was old and dirty and smelt of vomit. There was a connecting door which was not secure and appliances were broken. Unfortunately the receptionist really didn't care less. She advised that the room had previously been let to homeless people and they had done what they could to clean the room. We asked to be moved but it was claimed no other rooms were available despite checking other people in whilst we were there. We asked to assist us in finding alternative accommodation as we had no US sim and therefore couldn't make calls but this was refused. We managed to book alternative accomodation on Hotels.com and after a fight managed to get a refund. However after travelling for 24 hours this was a nightmare to sort out. Hotels.com should seriously consider removing this hotel from their list!!

The room needs to be brought up to the 21st century. The closest plug for your phone was 5 feet away from the bed. The bathroom shower door had water spots all over it. The room needs the be painted. I picked this hotel because it was a Wyndham, it did not represent this chain very well. I could almost fit my pinky in between the door and the frame.
