The hotel is clean, and in a safe and convenient location, about a 10 minute walk to Ghirardelli Square, and right across the street from a Big Bus stop if you do that tour. There is free parking, which is a huge bonus. The rooms were more spacious than expected. If you go to the top of the stairs near the roof, you can see the Golden Gate Bridge.

Room appeared recently refurbished and was very modern. Very happy with what we got for what we paid too. Location was perfect for us, 20 mins walk to Fisherman’s wharf area if that’s your thing, or $12 or so in an uber from Macy’s area too. Would certainly use again.
