Well first the check in was not to bad. Slowly walk down the hall to my room to a nasty looking ice maker, we get to my room and the door doesn't close. I let front dask know and he says maintenance eill take care of it tomorrow. Mmmmkkkk we go on for our evebing and get back late and asked for two more pillows and we get one pillow 1/3 cocered in blood. Had to check out at about 10pm and find another hotel. Also isnt in the best area as there were evening gun shots and the walk to the boardwalk was 20 minutes.

Lovely little hotel. Snacks/juice at front desk, very clean, everything I needed for my stay at a great price. Conveniently located for restaurants, groceries and transit.

The man working was very friendly, helpful, quick, and gave us a room with 2 beds instead of the one I booked with 1. But otherwise, the hotel was really old, and not in a cute-vintage kind of way. Like in a non-maintained kind of way. The pool was closed which is annoying because I picked this place for its indoor pool. Our room door was broken and was extremely hard to open and close, my kids would not have been able to open it in an emergency. I couldn’t tell if it was the ice machine or some kind of maintenance but there were loud noises and banging around all night. The ice machine was very dirty. And overall the place was just very dirty. The room floor was especially dirty, and the shower did not look clean. I’m a pretty low to reasonable standards kind of person, it takes a lot for me to be bothered, but yeah do not recommend.

There was a gaping hole in our bathroom where the fan should be. The light stopped working in the bathroom while showering so I had to open the door causing steam to set off the fire alarm at 7 in the morning. When I contacted the staff to let them know, they told me to turn on the light on my phone and close the door while I finish showering. The pool in the middle is great in theory until you get a bunch of drunk people echoing down there. Was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review, but after I emailed management after our stay and got no response I figure they deserve it.

This place was awful. To start they gave us a key to an occupied room. There was no safety lock on the door. The pool is not heated, it's freezing. The hot tubs jets were not working and both my son and I got a case of hot tub rash from the hot tub. Our skin burned for 2 days and we had to get a cream for it from the doctor. The room smelled like cigarettes. The shower had mold in it. The outlets next to the bed didn't work. There was not one moment in this place that I felt comfortable. I was worried about health and safety the entire time and for days afterwards. Don't go here. I read false reviews online that made this place sound inviting and luxurious. It is the exact opposite.

The staff was so nice in front desk. One of the gentleman even gave my boy some baseball cards. Rooms smelt super clean. They were also very accommodating. They let us early check with phone call ahead of time. And it’s only 2-3 min drive to boardwalk. Definitely staying there again. DoorDash was on point even target came through in the clutch for my toddler.

The room and reservation said it was a nonsmoking room. There was smoke in the room. The hotel is not accessible—stairs only going into the hotel. The elevator was broken but they had a first floor room. They required a deposit of $100 in addition to the fully prepaid room. Thankfully, they agreed to give me a refund which was appreciated as I could not stay in the one available room due to the smoke.
