The stay itself was great …. Location to what we needed was excellent… ONLY SOUR SPOT was when we checked in on Monday, 4/6 - after 3:00 PM. I did not get the employees name that checked us in. She had an accent, I previously had spoken to some one from the property before arrival about what was needed - they said they would do their best to make things happen. Okay I understand- get there for check in. She already acted like she didn’t want to be there. Needless to say it was went south after that. Was told we were getting put on separate floors (had two different rooms ) I told her that I had asked for rooms close by or next door. Was with my parents. She point blank let me know right quick I should have said that when reservations were made. Let her know about communication with property already. Requested wheel chair accessible & I said handicapped she was negative about that. Mentioned about being already charged for one night for both rooms. Again negative remarks … charged me twice for the one night brought that up - she demanded the paper work back. Check in was HORRIBLE - was about ready to just go to another hotel. Determined to NOT let one persons attitude ruin our trip … & it didn’t. The rest of the time was excellent…. Even check out was perfect and flawless. Just pray if you get this person she will be in a better mood because the lobby had a few more People in it & was embarrassing to treated this way !
