Booked a pitch view room, only to arrive and be told hotel was full and no pitch view rooms available. We go down for breakfast following morning for staff to tell us they are cooking breakfasts to order to cut down on waste as there was so few people in the hotel. Someone's lying somewhere

Stayed at the Bolton arena hotel on several occasions. Staff and rooms have always been excellent. Food is good and reasonably priced. Location is excellent for my personal requirements.

The hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lady serving at breakfast was so happy and welcoming in particular. The evening meal was tasty and hot. Breakfast was good but the bacon had gone a little chewy having been kept warm as it was a very quiet morning. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

Great stay, fabulous room overlooking the pitch - the home of Bolton Wanderers. I bought this stay as a treat , but we will most definitely be back. Staff were really lovely- nothing too much trouble.

Staff were super helpful on IM70.3 weekend, well located for race preparations with ample parking. Sofabeds were inoperable but a “z-bed” was supplied. Food drink good. Overall room was a little dated but sufficient for my needs.

Hotel room was clean and tidy, however three night stay and the room was not serviced once. Parking is now charged at £5.00 per night. Stayed here 2 weeks ago and it was free. Women at check out was very unhelpful and initially refused to give me an invoice, when I insisted she was offish to say the least, Probably will not stay here again if other options are available.
