Stayed for a week touring Sorrento, Pompeii and area. Chosen week was very quiet which was ideal for us. Totally recommend if you want a beach & pool location, numerous eateries within walking distance and easy transport links through the shuttle & train network.

This hotel is GORGEOUS!! We loved being outside of the city area, down at the marina. It was very convenient for us to get on the boat tour excursion with Crystal Wave, and we loved the restaurant options right down by the water. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

4.5/5 would be my overall score for Le Axidie Pros: Really cool and unique property. Private beach and pools make it somewhere you can really spend your day. Breakfast both buffet and a la carte menu are great, as is the drinks menu throughout the day and evening. Staff is super helpful and very responsive on Whatsapp. The view is really great and has a unique landscape. The place is like a fun maze to figure out because there are so many parts to the complex! I would definitely book again if I wanted to visit the Vico area. If you get there earlier than your room is ready, they'll hold your bags so you can make use of the property! Cons: It takes a decent amount of effort to get to Sorrento from here - you either pay ~ 80-100 EUR for a car to Sorrento, or you can take a free shuttle to a local train (Vico) that drops off in Sorrento (there are about 10 or so departure times to/from hotel and train stations). So if you want to really be in Sorrento, I'd suggest booking somewhere closer. Also, very easy to hear into other rooms, particularly chairs and drawers moving. I could hear when my neighbors came and went (I'm pretty noise sensitive - this wouldn't deter me from booking again, but on weekend nights was quite annoying to be woken up by a neighbor not my alarm). Suggestion for the hotel: If you put felt on the bottom of the chair legs, about 70% of the noise issue would be fixed!

I’m not sure just to convey the exceptional 10 day vacation we experienced at this resort. From all the staff at reception to breakfast room staff to beach club staff and of course housekeeping! We enjoyed every moment! And this town… we fell in love!! Actually, we are going back in October! What a gem!!

The room was not was what pictured, not even at all. The property definitely needs some manicuring and everything can you some powerwashing. The room wasn’t clean upon arrival and there are the bugs that roll up in a ball literally creeping through the walls somehow. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.

I had an amazing 7-night stay at Hotel Le Axidie and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everything was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and in a great central location, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. The food was delicious, with great variety and excellent quality, and the service overall was outstanding. What I appreciated most was the warm atmosphere and attention to detail that made the whole experience feel relaxing and special. I would definitely recommend Hotel Le Axidie to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay, and I would happily come back again!
