Check in and the water was off staff kept saying one hour then another hour checked in at 4 water didn’t turn back on until 10pm 6hrs with no shower as me and my wife just got off work couldn’t even lay down we were still dirty. Staff offered a 10% discount which they didn’t even refund wouldn’t recommend staying here your at risk of something happening as the place is being renovated too

This hotel should not stay open during renovations. The hotel was in bad shape for people staying in a room. Beside the horrible smell of marijuana in the hallways, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the air conditioner sounded like a freight train. Won’t be back

I recommend it if you are going to visit parks or for a short stay, clean room for 5, the shower had nowhere to put soap or shampoo, the entire hallway between the room and the elevator smelled of paint, the pool had many dead wasps in the water and others flying around, perhaps they have not noticed that there are hives of these insects on the outside ceiling, the parking lot is very dark, it needs more lights at night. The closest access door from the parking lot to the interior of the hotel was always closed, so we had to walk a bit and enter through the lobby door, the breakfast was acceptable

So so stay

Knew there was construction before we arrived but overall the place looked nice. Unfortunately whoever has been doing the renovations has taken short cuts with no one watching. Toilet paper dispenser falling out of the wall. Bad painting. There are no shelves in the shower. Have to put toiletries on the floor of the shower. The beds are not queens, more like a super double if that exists. We have a queen bed at home and those are not queen beds. Beds were made up but nothing was cleaned. Shower, toilet, kitchen, not cleaned. Coffee not restocked. It’s affordable and close to attractions but there are better hotels at this price point.

Remodel has been going on for years

We have been staying at this hotel for years and we originally liked it and the breakfast was great but they have been doing a remodel the last couple of years and it's still not finished and they only have half of the breakfast bar available and the fridge doesn't work properly in multiple rooms that we have stayed in, in the most recent remodeled room, the hair dryer was falling out of the wall, there was a wood shim under the shower door and there is no place to sit anything in the bathroom and they have removed all plates and silverware from the cabinets in rooms with a kitchenette, And there was NO coffee available at breakfast which we thought was unacceptable
