My family and I arrived around 7:00 pm and had to wait because our room still wasn't ready, even though check in is at 3:00 so I'm not sure why we had to wait. I asked for a different room but was told they were booked and didn't have any extra rooms available so we had to wait. When we did get out room keys and made it to the 4th floor, the keys did not work so I had to go back down to tell the front desk clerk and get new keys. Once back up to our room, again the keys didn't work. The maintenance man saw us in the hallway and let us into the room and said he would get us new key cards. When we were in the room we quickly found out there was no power in the room. The lights didn't work nor did any of the outlets. I had to go back to the lobby to let the clerk know and he said they were going to check the breakers. Back up to the 4th floor I go. Not long after the maintenance man and the clerk were at the door trying new key cards which still didn't work. The clerk pulls new key cards out of his pocket and finally offers us another room (but I was told in the beginning they didn't have because they were completing booked) Why it took that long I'm not sure but
