We stayed in a family villa, which was really cute to try a tiny home rather than just a room. The kids' upstairs area was fun. It was better than I expected at half the price of other places we stayed. It was conveniently located for the airport and they knew I had a free shuttle on my reservation, even though the signs indicated a charge. I appreciated them knowing the details of my reservation.
The issues were that the stairs were very steep for children to be upstairs needing to use the bathroom downstairs at night. It was also loud at odd hours since it's an airport hotel. It wasn't walkable--off far down a road by a ditch. However, as an airport hotel, it would definitely meet your needs for crashing between or before flights.
The biggest negative, the room service was TERRIBLE. The food was completely inedible, with raw fried fish, a soup of sweet and sour pork that made your teeth hurt, and unseasoned fries. They even made a mushed pile of deconstructed spring rolls. How do you mess up spring rolls? With how much more room service costs and the additional 20%, I expect it to be edible. It was not. Do grabFood instead even if it seems convenient.
