Had a good stay here, communication with property managers was also great. When we needed something they’re response was quick. Walls are thin so noise does filter through a bit, shower water takes a few minutes to heat up but overall had a good stay. Close proximity to shopping centres and restaurants in Polanco.

Laura the Mgr was very accommodating & she spoke English! She provided towels everyday bc she explained that there’s no cleaning service if the stay is less than 6 days but would provide replacement towels when needed. I decided to cut my stay one day shorter and she was fine with it bc I had prepaid through Hotels.com.

The upside is that the staff (Laura and the security) are great--very good communication, too. It's also a great location in the Polanco. The downside is that the apartment is very basic. No heating or A/C, and none of the windows have screens, which means that on a hot evening, you must choose between a stuffy atmosphere, or mosquitos. Also, the refrigerator barely worked, and the wi-fi was spotty. Great location, but we would only stay here again if they upgrade the apartments.

Everything was great. I don’t know if I’m being self centered but I did ask for an upgrade and I ended up getting a smaller room than I booked my room had a table rather than the built in bench. I called ahead of time but that still wasn’t enough. The pace was pretty empty surprisingly during June. Other than that it was great. The security guards are so sweet and take pride in the service they give. Would I stay here again ?! I don’t know because I was given a smaller room, completely different………… I noticed when I was cleaning my room and the housekeeping was was next to my unit and I stepped in to ask for trash bags and noticed 103 was the room I originally booked and it was so much spacious. So for that I bring everything down to a 5/10 Also I noticed 3 people checked on to that room during my stay. Don’t need to say more if you get me 🙃
