I am staying in many hotels every year and like it a lot, when a hotel has a generous feeling like Keavans Port. Italian coffee and water was free all over and the breakfast was really affordable. The bathrooms were modern and pleasant. Storing our luggage was no problem, and the staff was very helpful. We liked the location. According to our taxi driver, the area is much better than Temple, great pubs and restaurants with locals, which we can confirm. The hotel is labyrintic. Doors needed to be unlocked all the time. The pub was huge and on more floors, big and small rooms, and seemed popular with the locals. Everything went quiet after 11 PM. The only minus was the cleaning. Our kids mentioned a lot of hairs and dust under the bed and a strange urine smell in their rooms.
