Check-in was fast & efficient. Room was not in a good state. Floor was dirty (my blackened sole of my foot is a testament of this). Refrigerator was leaking & there was a large puddle of water on the bottom level of the fridge as well as on the floor outside the fridge. Both the bathroom lighted mirrors were not working. These were almost the identical problems in the current room 203 as what I experienced last month in room 302. And this room is supposedly to be the top category room in the hotel.

Check in was smooth & fuss free. The room was large & well planned out. However the floor was dirty & the sole of my foot was black from the dirt & dust on the floor. However housekeeping came immediately & gave the whole place a good clean up. The fancy shower feature was a let down because it could not be used. It looked in a bad state too. The two taps for the wash basins were in a bad condition too. You don't expect to see rusty looking taps in a reputable hotel. The breakfast is more for the local taste but the kitchen was kind enough to make me a nice omelette & give me some jam on each of the mornings for breakfast. The local food selection for dinner was good & reasonably priced. The hotel is in a quiet area & there are no shops around. So that was the biggest let down for me. Overall the staff were friendly & courteous & the stay was comfortable.

This maybe a small hotel but our experience was great. Check in process was fast and staff were pro active to our needs. Since we travelled as a family, they allowed us to do an advance order of food in their resto while our kids were swimming in the pool. We showered and changed, and they sent someone in our room to let us know that our order was ready and gave us the option for room service or if we want to dine in their restaurant. When we arrived in the resto, our food was ready to be served. Rooms were clean and one of the few hotels around Clark that has 2 beds and a kitchenette. Parking was a bit of a challenge but there are guards who can assist you. Location is near the border of Clark Freeport Zone but it is conveniently located near a mall and there are nearby convenient stores. We will consider this hotel again because of our experience with the superb customer service. I hope they can maintain their hospitality.

Bfast is quite late which start at 7am. Housekeeping is a bit slow. We left in the morning and came back around 4pm+, room is still not done yet. Everything else is Good!

The sink-soap was empty, the aircon stank, the food was not anything to write home about, and the floor was subtly covered in dirt and my feet needed a second clean before I'd be willing toput on my socks. The redeeming thing was the staff. Lovely attitudes.

We had a short stay for overnight only that's why we were not able to experience the pool. We had encounter a mild problem but settled immediately. Excellent services. Very accommodating staffs. We enjoyed our stay even if it's a few hours only. Thanks.

Just stayed one night on our way to airport. It was a good budget option in Clark / Angeles. Glad we asked to change rooms (twice) to avoid some poor smelling ones (from the AC). Some smelled of wet mold from the AC.

Phones in rooms did not work. TV was extremely difficult to watch; you had to use two different remotes and way too many ch hassle. Free breakfast only happened when we argued with staff. Will not be high on my list for future stays
