Our room was very hot. The window in the bathroom would not stay closed. A gentleman came to “fix” it but was unable to. We asked for another room—having asked earlier—and was told we could have one “tomorrow”. We were checking out the next morning. We were very uncomfortable most big the night. The shower was so small you could barely turn around it.

The wait staff at this hotel’s restaurant was amazing. The front desk was sub par and not very helpful or kind. The town doesn’t have the infrastructure to support a pet for the cruise that was leaving from this location. The hotel told us they couldn’t supply us with transfer to the port and they said the taxis were unavailable even though it was the afternoon. We had to walk 40 min with our bags in the heat. They had a street fair that was cute but the music from three different performers could be heard through the door all night long. It said they were a 4 star hotel but that was not my experience . They also will not hold bags and ask you to check out at 10:30 which was the only hotel on our trip that wouldn’t. I will not go back and will not visit again.

We booked our stay before our cruise out of Ravenna. We could not have asked for a better experience. The hotel was clean, the staff remarkable and kind. The food and the restaurant was reasonably priced and lovely. If you’re thinking about booking DO IT. They sell out quickly and you don’t want to miss this hotel.

Prima, um den ganzen Tag am Strand zu liegen.

Das Hotel liegt durch ein kleines Waldstück (ca. 5 Min Gehweg) getrennt am Meer mit privatem Strandabschnitt inkl. gratis Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Zusätzlich befindet sich dort ein kleiner Beachclub. Wir hatten ein relativ großes Classic Doppelzimmer auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes an der Außenecke. Es war recht ruhig, außer dass man den Außenbereich, wo sich die Loungeeecke befindet, hörte. Ansonsten war das Zimmer schon in die Jahre gekommen und daher abgewohnt. Allerdings war alles sauber, wodurch es daran nichts zu beklagen gab. Lediglich das WLAN war in dem Zimmer sehr instabil. Die Minibar beinhaltet nur 2 Wasser. Wer deutsches TV hier sucht, wird nichts finden. Man kann nur von Italienisch auf Englisch wechseln. Das Personal ist recht nett und hilfsbereit. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es diverse Restaurants, Eisdielen etc. Der Außenpool liegt zur Straße, wodurch er nicht so einladend wirkte. Zudem wirkte er schmutzig und die Plastikliegen hätten auch mal was Pflege nötig. Zudem gibt es noch einen Aufenthaltsraum, in dem abends das TV Programm auf eine Leinwand gebeamt wird. Fazit: Es ist ein nettes Hotel, was in die Jahre gekommen ist und hier und da etwas Politur gebrauchen könnte. Zudem wäre eine Lüftung auf den Fluren gut, da es dort immer sehr stickig ist und muffig riecht durch den Teppich, auf dem u.A. die Kinder mit nassen Füßen drüber laufen und auch die Klimaanlagen auf den Zimmern dürften mehr Leistung haben. Das Frühstück konnten wir leider nicht testen.
