Brilliant service and in a fantastic area. Quick tram from the station and the everywere in the city is within walking distance. You are close to everything bit also a little away from it so you dont feel overwhelmed as soon as you walk out the door. Staff where always friendly.

Cozy place without the noise of the crowd

At 1st it looks very far from the cultural/historic part of Florence, but after the 1st time returning from the city to the hotel (without luggage) you noticed it's quite quick to reach it on foot. It's also much more quiet and calm, with less people, which you already notice some blocks before reaching the hotel. Breakfast is good, and we received free water when arriving and leaving the hotel. Wifi was really fast, and bathroom was brand new and very clean.

Great hotel with good location and great value.

This was a great, convenient hotel. Great service, good air conditioning, and also a nice sized room and bathroom (see pictures). Only a mile to the Colosseum and Palatine Hill. Supermarket at the end of the block and easy to get a taxi (they don't really use Uber as much here) to the airport.

Our stay was pleasant. Staff and facilities were more than adequate and thankfully they had air conditioning .Main attractions were within walking distance but for some with disabilities or elderly might be more difficult in which case a short cab ride would suffice. Over all very pleasant.

Excellent Customer Service- so friendly people!

Omar & Ellio are very customer experience focus, they are so nice. The hotel has a fantastic air condition, breakfast and tourist information. The room is small but enought for a couple. We can walk to the main attractions, restaurants and bars. I will return to the same hotel. Quality, people, food and experience vs price 10/10.

Nice place with good breakfast

Good breakfast for the price and located in a nice quiet area but still short walk to everywhere. If your room is facing the inner yard or is in the lower floor you will have a really nice view, unfortunately mine was facing a terrace with only view to a worker doing stuff right behind my window. I would definitely stay again but would ask for another room. My bathroom had beautiful tiles under a horribly bad painted gold paint which was peeling off the walls. I wish they would have kept the original design. But it was clean so it only hurt my eyes.

The AC wasn’t working on the first day. Staff refused to move me to another room until I had to fight it. Then the key lock didn’t work - this was 3 am and the Staff couldn’t open the door with the master key. They had to move me to another room to sleep until the next morning. I requested the refund but was refused. Nice and clean facility but the service was horrible.

The location of the hotel is very close to the tram station and it’s a walking distance to city center. The bed is not comfortable and the hotel room seems that has no sounds proof at all as we could hear the conversation of my next room, it’s not recommended for couple to stay unless you don’t care of your privacy, but the breakfast is good.

Frukosten var så tråkig att till och med rostat bröd hade behövt semester. Rummen är så små att man nästan får backa in, och väggarna verkar vara gjorda av rispapper – man lär känna grannens snarkvanor snabbare än sina egna. MEN, läget är mitt i smeten och det är ju faktiskt toppen!
