Floors were filthy; within minutes of our stay my toddlers feet were black! The mattress on our bed was thin and uncomfortable (felt all the springs. My toddler began coughing throughout the night and I woke up with a sore throat, turns out the a/c was filled with mold. Our host sent someone to clean it, but it was still present afterwards. I noticed the shower was filled with mold as well. The unit wasn’t well taken care of and whoever they hire to clean doesn’t do a good job.

They gave us an address on the reservation, the code did not work. When we reach them by phone it took over 20 minutes to be told that our appartment was across the street. At 10 pm after travelling all day, very upset, but the next day they apolagize.

This was our second stay at this property, and overall, it was another great experience. However, I do have one concern. During our visit, the room next to ours was undergoing renovations, and the construction crew began work at 7:30 AM. While I understand that maintenance and improvements are necessary, being woken up that early—especially with a two-hour time difference—was far from ideal during a vacation. After raising the issue with management, they informed us that there were no available rooms to relocate us but assured us that work would not begin before 9:00 AM on our final morning. Unfortunately, despite this assurance, the crew started making noise again at 7:45 AM. I contacted management immediately, and while they addressed the situation within 15 minutes, the disruption had already affected our morning. It would have been helpful to receive prior notice about the ongoing construction, as this was not communicated at the time of booking or check-in. Despite this issue, we will likely stay here again, but I will be sure to inquire about any scheduled renovations before our next visit.

I was very happy with this property. Upon arrival, everything was clean and modern. It was much larger than I had anticipated. Two bedrooms and the living room plus a full kitchen with dining area was an amazing way to spend a long weekend. The staff was attentive every time I reached out they replied within one to two minutes. Definitely will go back here and highly recommend it.

The property locates in a quiet and safe area. The beach is in walking distance, about half an hour walk. Grocery store and shopping centers and nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

A great property, very spacious inside with excellent communication. Check in and check out are pretty much automated, and the units are neat and tidy. Definitely within walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, etc..

Place was clean and cute. Inside unit, all furniture and pull out couch were way outdated. Not comfy. The walls are very thin, could hear Neighbor’s every move. Frustrating.

The overall experience was good enough. We were looking for a place with a kitchen, living room and pool not a far drive to the beach. The location was great lots of dining, and shops in walking distsmce. We booked a King Bed and arrived to a Queen. They moved us the next day.....we wished we stayed as the queen bed waz amazing and apt was much cleaner and in better cindition. Our new place had mold on bathroom ceiling and it just looked worn down. The furniture in both places waa cheap and sofas not comfy. The pool and grounds were maintained well and you could smell Jasmine each evening. The price we paid was under $150 so it was a good value. The company Lowkal has many older apt complexes convert to rentals and a a central mgt service that answer the phone and help.
