This is the worst experience with Expedia! This cannot be categorised as hotel, it shall be under motel! Totally a deception. Everything is old and not clean- the TV is not working, the hairdryer is dusty and sticky, no air con, the shower room is in poor condition whilst the shower room tap is in weird and unfriendly design that you have to push & twist open very hardly to the maximum volume to keep water warm/hot (even the staff cannot do it successfully every time) however the drain is not okay to take such a big water splash that the shower room will be in flooding. You can only be quick to rush to finish the bath, or you will have to keep experimenting the tap on&off to ensure hot water coming out again. This is NOT yet the worst part! They went into our room for housekeeping on the other day which we did not expect! There is no a room sign “do not disturb” for us to hang outside, while it’s weird for a budgeted hotel to come in and do housekeeping while we are staying 2 nights only. Privacy is extremely important, as well as the hygiene! On the 2nd night (after they did their so-called housekeeping), we found bed bugs on our bed!!!! Can you imagine how a disaster when we are travelling with the kid? We have to rush to laundry to make sure the bed bugs will not breed on our stuff! I will NOT recommend anyone with kid to come and I think Expedia should blacklist this hotel to avoid those tragedies happening again on all travellers.

Nice and helpful people. We booked two single bedrooms which is in the second floor, but it’s hard to carry two big luggage to go upstairs, finally they let to change a room at ground floor which has a better bathroom and quiet too.

Terrible

We checked out after one night without any refund for the remaining 7 nights. All the service, equipment and environment are terrible. No one opened the heating before we checked in. As a foreigner who came to London for the first time, we didn’t know there was a heating. There was no hot water in the shower. After we complained, the staff opened the heating, but we already had a cold night and caught a cold. The bed was not clean and smelly. The double bed was too small to bear two adults. The bathroom was too narrow to turn round. In a word, it was a horrible experience in the hotel. 我们住了一晚就退房了，剩下7晚也没有退费。所有的服务、设施和环境都非常糟糕。没有人在我们入住前打开暖气。我们作为外国人第一次到伦敦并不知道屋子里有暖气。洗澡也没有热水。第二条我们投诉后，店员才为我们打开暖气，但是我们已经冻了一晚并且感冒了。床也不干净还有味道。双人床太小根本睡不下两个成年人。卫生间也很窄转不开身。总之，这家酒店体验非常糟糕！

美中不足

在这里住了两晚。酒店在西敏区，位置不错。房间比较宽敞，但是卫生间真心小，提供毛巾、电吹风机，其他就没有了。电源插座只有一个。提供英式早餐，每天都一样。据店员说wifi设备正在维修，时好时坏，我们四个人中只有一人能连上。些设施简单也就算了，没想到老公晚上睡觉被臭虫咬，看着一个个红肿的大包，心疼死了。有照片为证。最后一张照片上发现的是我们已经离开这家酒店第二天起的包，估计衣服上沾了虫子，全套换下来密封带回家消毒驱虫。

Nice room with good location

I stayed here for four days in their double room. The room is compact but have all the basic things you’ll needed. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is a pleasant surprise. For the location, it’s just minutes walk away from the train and coach station and there are supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner. Things maybe considered as cons included the stairs are quite narrow and steep for the big luggage and the WiFi signal is weak. But none of these concerned me as far as the location they offered.

Located at City center and very close to Victoria train station and Victoria coach station. The breakfast provided are very good quality. The pitfall are no lift and hard for you if you have heavy luggage, no air conditioning and it is hard if hot weather and the WiFi provided are very slow.

Hotel location is good with basic setup , check in is quick, free breakfast. But they do not have air-conditioning and elevator, it may not suitable in summer and heavy luggage.

非常失望的住宿經驗

飯店位置交通方便， 鄰近各大旅遊景點， 附近有一個大型超市及餐館吃東西很方便，早餐能吃飽。 房間在地下一樓，沒有電梯，必須搬著行李走下非常狹窄樓梯，房間正對著早餐餐廳，從早上6:00多就有工作人員在門外及窗外走動， 講話聲抽油煙機的聲音每天早上就能將人吵醒，不須設定鬧鐘！！！另外白天及晚上洗衣機在外吵個不停，再加上這－扇靠天井的窗子若是關上就通風不佳，伴著路人說話聲、機器噪音及異味入睡，睡眠品質慘烈！浴室狹小，房間設備基本，我們住了三天，打掃人員每天清理，但是仍然覺得不乾淨。

Nice staff , need some updating

This was a nice little hotel my first UK hotel I was able to get a room on the bottom floor with only one set of stairs, which was nice. Hotel is pretty clean, but you can tell that it’s extremely dated their living room. Space with the couches could definitely be cleaned up. Wasn’t quite comfortable leaving my room key with them every time I had to leave. There’s no coffee or tea in the room, but they do have a free machine in the hallway that was only 10% stocked of the options. The area that it’s in is really close to Victoria Station, which was nice and easily walkable to the nearby attractions. The lock on my window for my room didn’t work. I’m being accessible on the bottom floor. I was a little weary. I put my shoes on the windowsill To help close the curtains and alert me if someone opened the window

Super séjour de 4 nuits en famille

En bref: très bon rapport qualité prix Les commentaires précédents nous avaient préparé au pire, du coup nous avons été agréablement surpris: -grande chambre pour 4 personnes avec bureau et armoire de rangement ainsi qu'une très grande salle de bain privée avec wc baignoire et armoire de rangement. -Hôtel super bien situé ( tesco à quelques pas ouvert 7j/7 de 7h à 22h, gare centrale victoria, théâtre apollo). -Nous avons apprécié la literie , le calme absolu pour dormir, le petit déjeuner ( haricots, saucisse, oeufs, toast grillés, beurre, confiture, café, thé, céréales lait froid, jus de fruit) + distributeur de boissons chaudes gratuit (il faut vraiment être difficile pour partir le ventre vide). -bien sûr nous ne sommes pas dans un hotel 4 étoiles mais l'hôtel ne le prétend pas non plus ,le personnel est très souriant, serviable et ils acceptent même que nous laissions nos bagages dans un local gratuitement le jour du départ. Nous recommandons donc cet hotel à tous ceux qui, comme nous, ont un budget serré , se moquent de la déco et qui recherchent un hébergement bien placé ( avec commerces et sation de métro à proximité, buckingham palace , westminster abbey... accessibles à pied) au calme avec service petit dejeuner et bagagerie inclus. Bon séjour à Londres !

Básico pero correcto

A ver...el hotel es muy simple. Si buscas un sitio para dormir que esté bien ubicado, está puede ser tu opción. Si buscas un hotel bonito... entonces no es tu opción. Para mí es importante que la habitación y el WC estén limpios (y lo estaban), que esté cerca de los lugares importantes (está a 8 minutos de la estación Victoria, donde llega el metro, el tren y los autobuses); además puedes ir andando al Big Ben (25 min andando), al palacio de Buckingham (25 minutos andando)... Si no te gusta andar, tienes muy buenas conexiones en metro. El desayuno es muy básico (dos rebanadas de pan Bimbo, dos huevos fritos/cocidos, mermelada, mantequilla, cereales, zumo, salchichas, alubias, y leche) para mí era suficiente porque Londres es carísimo y con esto te ahorras un dinerillo. Pasa una carretera en frente, pero no es ruidosa. Hay dos supermercados muy cerca. La cama era correcta. Toallas limpias a diario. Te dan secador de pelo y jabón. No me ha gustado que cuando te guardan las maletas, no están bajo llave ni custodia de nadie. La chica de pelo largo del desayuno es bastante antipática, pero el resto del personal es amable. No cuidan las estética del hotel, están los pasillos llenos de tablas, muebles, azulejos...como si estuvieran de reformas; pero dado que la habitación estaba ordenada y limpia, a mí personalmente lo demás me da un poco igual porque es económico. El armario daba miedo (le hubiera venido bien una mano de pintura). Aún así, repetiría.

Poor quality place

Terrible place too hot in room- I thought that we boiled there I asked twice to send someone and use tools to turn down heaters - missing regulator knob- , heaters broken, old shower , old beds we have to wait for only cool water even that we had room on the ground floor, when we get it only for short time- not enough for 2 adults and 1 teenager, no mirror in bathroom, shower size- claustrophobic size, blocked sink, poor cleaning, poor breakfast- 1 sausage, beans, toast, butter, jam, cearals coffee, Whoever did housekeeping has broken head board in one bed, for bins plastic bag instead of bin bags Only hairdryer in room which we never use so I am not sure it was working. I don't recommend

Décevant car vétuste

Hôtel très bien situé, mais très vétuste et qui aurait grand besoin d'un bon rafraichissement et de plusieurs réparations. Pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre, nos douches étaient à peine tièdes. Le ménage dans les chambres s'en tient au strict minimum, nous avons retrouvé de la nourriture et des déchets dans les tiroirs. Le petit déjeuner est plus que moyen. Seuls les lits étaient confortables, propres et nous avons bien dormi. Correct pour y passer juste une nuit, lorsqu'on veut visiter Londres et qu'on arrive à Victoria.
