The lady (which is alright) put us in a double bed room in the back of the reception. We can hear people talking all the time. Dont trust the map, it took us about 15 mins walking (under the heat wave) from Victoria.

First impression was a bad one; from the general look of the place to the strong, dirty carpet smell. Staff was very welcoming, I have nothing bad to say about that. Got to our room and within a few minutes confirmed that we were not going to stay. Old, worn-out bedding so thin you can see the mattress through it, thin lumpy pillows. We have travelled a lot and are not very fancy people but this was definitely below our standards. We decided to go somewhere else. I dont quite understand the 10/10 and 8/10 notes in the reviews. We were offered to look at another room, which we declined. We looked for another hotel nearby.

Great price for a short stay in London. Very clean. Kettle with tea and instant coffee. Convenient location. Be aware: despite choosing RESERVE NOW, PAY WHEN YOU CHECK IN, immediately after making your reservation hotel will charge your card £65 - to be refunded later.

Such lovely friendly staff, you can pay for early check in which is great. They have cold drinks at a reasonable price at reception day and night. Only thing not really a problem but may be good to change is the shower cause it’s small and sloppy when wet a no slip flat in the shower and a bath mat outside would be beneficial other then that lovely hotel will definitely be back

Alletiders! Fint område tæt på undergrunden. Gode senge og rart personale. Som eneste minus kan nævnes mangel på elevator! Vi kommer helt sikkert igen 😊

Great cheap stay in the city for the night. Well connected close to Pimlico station and unbeatable for price. I ordered a single room and got a little bit comfortable room with a decent queen size bed and a balcony. Rooms were a bit tired and dusty but Cannot complain one bit for the price

Dette sted har intet med et HOTEL at gøre. Det er et slidt lejlighedsopgang hvor man betaler overpris. Der er koldt på værelset, og meget beskidt. Vi var så heldige at der lå brugte kanyler på vores værelse. Vi kunne ikke få vores penge tilbage selv om vi klagede til den meget ikke samarbejdsvillig receptionist. Vi blev lovet andre værelser, men heller ikke dette blev overholdt! På deres hjemmeside er det inkl morgenmad, men dette var heller ikke med i. Men det er nok også en god ting da det ville ende med et hospitalbesøg! Jeg ville ønske jeg havde læst tidligere kunders anmedelser af stedet. Der findes ikke ord for hvor dårlig stedet er!
