值得推介的英國酒店

酒店是傳統的英國住宅大廈。房間經過番新，裏面裝修新穎，十分乾淨，但不是太大，每日有人定時打掃。但浴室的花灑頭水流有些弱，不過我想應該是當地水壓問題。早餐是自助式早餐，不過不失。酒店地理位置很好，從火車站出來行5分鐘便到酒店，周圍有幾間超級市場，也有食肆餐廳，十分方便。英國酒店是沒有拖鞋提供，記住自備，不過我有兩天也是赤腳在房間走，腳底還是十分乾淨，證明了酒店的打掃很好，這間站店是值得推介的。

The staff is nice. The room is clean and tidy. It is also well decorated and comfortable. The bed is big. Breakfast is delicious and the bread is freshly made. However, the location is quite far away from the Waverley Station, you need to walk at least 12 minutes to the hotel. At night, there is some noise in the toilet. (The noise maybe from the mechanical device.) The lift is quite small.

You feel like part of their family,

Probably the sixth time I have stayed in this hotel. It’s comfortable they do a good breakfast.and the staff are really nice..Roberta and Annette like to make the guests feel welcome, and there’s no reason whatsoever that the next time I am in London we will stay at Henley house hotel.

Small, boutique hotel with nice touches of luxury

Excellent location just around the corner from Earls Court tube station and easy walking distance to restaurants and fast food outlets. Very quiet street. My single room on the top floor had a nice outlook over the park, lots of natural light. The room was small but very modern and had everything I needed with a few nice touches like a robe. It was very comfortable although I am a small person and I don't think it would be suitable for very tall or large people. Cleanliness was average, could have been better, but adequate. Shower pressure was very low, but that could be due to being on the top floor. Some noise at night from adjoining rooms, especially when people are outside in the hallway, but this is probably to be expected in this type of small hotel where space is a premium and it is difficult to install sound proofing. Free breakfast was very good, especially enjoyed the pain au raisins which were delicious. Front of house staff were super friendly and helpful, right from check in to check-out. No problem storing luggage following check-out until it was time to go to the airport. Free spiced tea and biscotti at reception was nice too.

Never again this hotel

I think this was the worst hotel experience I've had in London. First of all the safety box was open, but did not work, and I mentioned at the reception desk. Well, they "opened it". Tv did not work either. The shower was very cold or very hot. I had to wait minutes to get warm water, and it was hot! You could nor adjuat it just warm. The first night after this I went downstairs to tell all that, some body came to check the safety and tv. I found out that nobody even tried if safety works. It was run out of battery. Tv was fixed and batteries to safety. The shower not. And: I just got one tiny shower gel bottle. The second night I had to wash with shampoo. Room was clean, hotel near tube station breakfast ok.

Great stay, the customer service needs improvement

Overall, a pleasant stay with clean rooms and a great location. However, I was disappointed by the attitude of one of the front desk staff. This issue kept it from being a perfect experience but it’s still a solid choice.

The staff did an excellent job of welcoming us and attending to our needs. They offered help even before we asked for it. The breakfast was excellent The location only two blocks from the Earls Court tube. Good pubs in a few blocks distance a Marks & Spencer mini store half a block away. Wine shop also a half block. Starbucks just around the corner. Competitive fare. The elevator was very small not sure a wheelchair could get in and if even if it did, there are still stairs to negotiate.
