This was my 2nd stay at this wonderful small property in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing. The area around is full of restaurants and shops and is full of life. It is a delightful place to stay.

Amazing hotel in every way!

We had an amazing time at Hotel Il Convento. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm smile, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is cozy and charming, with a unique blend of historic character and modern comfort. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The service was outstanding, far exceeding what you might expect from even many four- and five-star hotels. The staff were incredible, especially Marco and Nello, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They helped with everything we needed and made sure we felt truly welcome. One of the highlights was the attention to detail—having coffee available 24/7, free water in the minibar and delicious pastries at any time was a wonderful touch. The breakfast was fantastic and rich- both hot and cold, fresh fruit etc. We also loved our private terrace, and also that the room was quiet. We also appreciated that we could heat the room in February. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Naples, right in the Spanish Quarter, close to the Opera House and Via Toledo. It’s also an incredible value for what you get. This is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. Everything was perfect, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples. Because of our wonderful experience here, my friends and I have decided to make an annual tradition of returning to Naples-and we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else!

Een heel leuk, authentiek hotel in de Spaanse wijk. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Kamer prima, fijn bed, goede douche, kluisje, minibar, alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Hoewel midden in het centrum, geen geluidsoverlast. Vlakbij metro Toledo, dus met openbaar vervoer makkelijk bereikbaar. Zeer aan te bevelen voor een stedentrip naar Napels.

Excellent location for exploring Naples. Safer nicer side of town. Surrounded by lots of excellent places to eat & drink. Staff very friendly. Room excellent condition, all very clean. Complimentary water every day, and unlimited access to the bean-to-cup coffee machine until midnight. Excellent breakfast with good selection of quality items. Would definitely recommend for a break in Naples.

This hotel is in the heart of a very vibrant Naples neighbourhood. Tons to see around here and easy to walk around or close to a metro station to get to other areas. The staff was very helpful and always available at the front desk. We had a rental car and the staff assisted us in finding a reasonable parking deal at a garage next to the main Naples train station. The one close to the hotel was very expensive. The included breakfast is impressive with an extensive variety of items to fill up on. Great coffee machine too. Thank you for an enjoyable stay Il Convento

In the heart of Spanish Quarter so it was fun to hear the lively atmosphere and singing in the restaurant next door from the terrace. Once you want some quiet time, just close the terrace door and enjoy the room. The room always smelled fresh when we came in after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were awesome, so helpful and cheerful. The breakfast had quite a few options and tided us over until midday. As a female traveler with her teenager daughter, I did not feel unsafe in the area but having lived in a big city, we always practiced situational awareness. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone coming to Naples.

El hotel está limpio, es acogedor y con un personal muy atento y agradable. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de todos los puntos a visitar mas frecuentes y de los diversos medios de transporte. Las callejuelas que lo envuelven respiran la esencia napolitana pero si lo prefieres estás a un minuto de la calle principal y comercial.

The hotel was unique and good quality. The linens and fixtures were all excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Staying in the old Spanish quarter appealed to our sense of history but the narrow streets buzzing with fast moving scooters was unnerving to walk. However the gorgeous private terrace and deep soaking tub in the bath more than made up for the traffic.

Room was so small; it had about 12 inches space around bed and that defined the room size. Had to struggle to open and close shower door. Location: convenient to old city attractions, but Spanish Quarter location is noisy, very crowded and dirty feeling. Staff very helpful.
