5 hrs wasted in finding a hotel & it dosnt have nm

First of all you need to prepare to walk atleast 10 minutes from hotel to Taskim Square or Metro and walk is not that easy. It’s uphil sloppy roads. Secondly, hotel dosnt have any name on it. It is a standard apartment in residential area. We wasted almost 5 hours carrying heavy luggage, walking up and down to streets, asking to neighbours about this hotel but all were helpless. Management, needs to display hotel name at front of the appartment. They don’t have any reception within the appartment. Wi-Fi, room service, room size and additional items were provided, daily room cleaning, bedsheet change and towel change were also provided.
