Room was smelly, probably mouldy (but the smell also resembled urine). Rather rundown: paint peeling off the walls, some joinery and skirting was damaged, some unfinished. The place had been only superficially cleaned before my check-in; I encountered dust and stickiness. Sound insulation is non-existent, making corridor noises audible. The staff was not particularly warm. The positives were: spacious room and 24/7 reception service. I cannot recommend this place, except as a last resort.

Good location. 15 min walk to Termini station. Felt like the hotel needed a 'maintenance check'. Only minor things. eg toilet seat loose, shower leaked at the base of the shower screen. Wifi was very weak and we were unable to get the TV to work. But overall it was a good stay. Comfy bed, good size room for Rome, daily house keeping and welcoming staff available 24hrs. Numerous cafes and restaurants are close by for meals and the area felt safe. Laundry close by too.

Otimo custo benefício! Tem ar condicionado, frigobar e o quarto é limpo todos os dias. Os funcionários são atenciosos e educados. Fica cerca de 15 minutos andando da estação central, e pra quem gosta de economizar, 30/40 minutos andando e você chega nos pontos turísticos

The lady and the young man at the front desk who attended us were super sweet! We expressed some concerns to the lady and she accommodated us so quickly, would stay here again just because of the staff!!! The only 2 down sides would be the location as it does feel unsafe at night a certain times so we made sure to get back before the sun was fully down. But its not the hotels fault. The other downside was the mattress, it was super firm to the point where we put pillows underneath us so it would give us more support. Besides those two things it was a great stay!

We got this hotel for the price at first ,but it was amazing service , our bed was always made it was very clean I felt our room was spacious enough for the price we paid. Hotel had drinks and food available for purchase just in case which was nice, their staff also had a 24/7 receptionist which made us feel cared for. The area around the hotel had graffiti which I was a bit worried but once we were walking around it felt very familiar are safe. Of course be cautious but that’s in any city! We walked into the shops near by not too bad of prices. I liked how it wasn’t too bad of a walk to the Roma termini and the bus stop on that corner. For our first time in Rome, We had a great trip :) the internet was very fast and the shower worked very well.

Lo mejor de la propiedad es que están cerca la estación de tren y el metro Roma centrale y a también está a 4 cuadras otra parada de la misma estación en la que se mueve uno para ver las atracciones de Roma,.el.coliseo,.la fontana di Trevi,el palacio victoriano, El Castelo san Angelo etc.

他社で予約した施設で予約と違う部屋に案内されたためキャンセルし、そこから行きやすくてお安かったこちらのホテルを急遽予約しました。 全く期待を持たず、リクエストも入れていなかったのですが、ゆっくり落ち着きたかったのでダブルのシングルユースにしましたところ大正解でした。 遺跡が見える部屋で、清潔、部屋自体が明るく照明も明るい、静か、栓はないけれどバスタブもありました。私は栓がなくてもお湯を溜められるので全く問題なし。 ホテルにはエレベーターはないのですが、チェックイン、チェックアウトとも青年が自発的にスーツケースを運んでくださいました。そして、チェックアウト後もロビーに居させてくれたので調べものができて助かりました。 Wi-Fiがインターネットに繋がらない時間がある、映りにくいテレビのチャンネルがある、なぜかビデ周りの床に水溜りができる、床がザラついているなどマイナス点もありましたが、充実した時間を過ごす事ができました。 ご配慮くださり、助けてくれた皆さま、ありがとうございました!

Very nice and comfortable family-run hotel. We got to the hotel about 2 hours early and extremely tired after driving all morning and they let us check-in early with no issues. It’s clean, quiet, and only about a mile walk from the Coliseum. The only issue we had was the WiFi. It was too slow. Normally I wouldn’t care, but our cell phone service was already bad in that area so I was relying on the WiFi to work. Other than that, highly recommend this place!

It’s not as shows on the website

Bathroom had odor smell from the sink, TV was not working, bugs were crawling on the bed so couldn’t sleep. Humid in the room. The service was not great when asked for help.
