The apartment was very clean, quite and in a nice neighborhood right across from the Parliament building. I stayed for 10 days and was brought fresh towels. I could have had someone clean my apartment, but I cleaned it myself. The front office staff is super nice and very helpful. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Hotel is in a good location. The amenities were great. Rooms were clean and spacious, and had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. We didn't make use of parking, so we can't comment on that. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is that we received the wrong code for the main entrance and the communication after this. We didn't get to use the code when checking in because someone was at the desk when we arrived. Later on, when the code provided didn't work, we didn't get a quick response from hotel.com's messaging system or WhatsApp. So we did panic a little, wondering if we would end up spending the night on the streets. Later on, we managed to 'guess' the code using a different combination of the provided code. Aside from this, the hotel staff seemed to be lovely and helpful when interacting in person. We hope this was an isolated incident and would love to stay here again in the future.

This hotel is clean and modern with all the necessities you need for a comfortable stay. Parking is not convenient but the location is great for public transit. It is across from the parliament building so the area is very safe and quiet. It's an easy walk to Green Street for great vibes at night. The hosts were great at communicating and easy to contact via WhatsApp. We would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Lisbon!
