Lovely hotel, the lounge area down stairs is nice and chilled. We loved the freindly and helpful staff. The lifts are abit slow, but if your patient and allow time its ok. Only one lift was working when we stayed and it was a wee wait to get a lift. However this did not take away from it being a lovely and relaxed stay.
