Check in was completely virtual. You get your room number and your door is unlocked by a keypad which is actually the most convenient thing! I hate losing my room key cards and here you didn’t have to worry about that. When we checked in, the room was clean and looked like the pictures. However, it was cramped, the toilet was clogged, and the tv remote batteries were dead. I was able to text the hotel and request for all these line items to be fixed but their staff is not on site 24/7. The location at Aloha Fridays is extremely convenient. Everything was walkable. Great food options. Excellent service at Honey’s downstairs. We had a great time in Miami.

The Aloha Friday apartment was very nice and stylish, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was traveling with three children, and we had booked a room for four people. I have never stayed in such a small room — a single or double hotel room had been turned into a room for four people. We had to open our suitcases on the bed because there was no storage space anywhere else. In addition, there were a few cockroaches running around in the apartment, which we had to kill. The room was also quite dusty, and the areas under the beds were dirty. The room was not cleaned and the trash was not emptied at all during our stay. We stayed at the hotel for three nights. To be fair, there would hardly have been space to clean the room anyway, but it would have been nice if at least the garbage had been taken out once. The hotel advertises that it is soundproof, but that is not true. The windows are thin, and noise comes through the doors. Our first room faced the main street, and we asked to move to a quieter side, which was possible — thank you for that. However, the room description does not match what is implied. If we had been four adults instead of children, we probably would have turned around and gone to another hotel. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the shopping street and the beach. It is well suited for a short stay of a few days in Miami Beach.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Extremely convenient location, far enough away from the nightlife to not be too loud at night, very easy self checkin/checkout, overall really enjoyed it and would stay again. The only thing I would remove from the description is “soundproof rooms”. I could hear my neighbor a few times. Honestly it was fine… just not “sound proof”.

It was difficult to understand how to get into the building and also into the room. I was sent the wrong code and after inquiring about I received another code that worked. We went out and when entering back into the building only the code didn't worked. It was quite stressful to being trapped in hallways. The room was clean and had everything we needed but it was so mall.

Wonderful hotel, i will stay here every time when im at South Beach! Clean room, nicely updated. Good big tv if rainy days comes, you can stay inside and watch movies. I had quiet room, it wasn’t on street side. Thank You Aloha Fridays!
